WebEx Implementation
Implemented weekly WebEx training sessions – 3 Fundamentals / 2 Modular
All attendees to training sessions are recorded in SF for you to see
All users in AVL and SF are sent a training specific invite every 1 in 5 weeks rotating
Created “Easy-Guides” available on dealer portal and emailed to clients
“We missed you” emails sent to clients that register and do not attend
Consistently re-evaluating and “tweaking” the process – bi monthly
A huge advancement from last year

LMS – Half way to a full LMS Platform

•LMS (Learning Management System) platform rolled out in August 2014•20 min automated self learning – Introductory session •Initial Marketing was to new clients only•January 2015 – ALL new users set up in AVL get LMS invites•LMS provides visibility via a good reporting engine
Still to come
•Full migration of all training material and training portal videos •Add three other featurette videos to the offering•Training Academy button in new platform and AVL•All training resources will be located in LMS•SSO – Single Sign On – Automatic authentication without Input from us
