All over the UK, we’ve been training qualified Make-up Artists, Beauty Therapist, Students and people with a keen interest in make-up the latest techniques in airbrush make-up artistry.

Even so, we are still in the early stages of our journey to build a professional, trustworthy brand with high quality products that produce the flawless results our customers crave.

To ensure our customers are consistently delighted by Airbase Make-Up it is imperative that all application professionals are competent and confident in both the use and knowledge of our products. This is why I believe that training is the cornerstone underpinning our brand development. The

training courses published in this brochure, may for many be the first step on the road to a career in professional make-up artistry, or it may represent an additional skill to be added to the services of an experienced beauty therapist or make-up artist keen to learn this fascinating, new technique.

We have worked with Habia, the VTCT and the main insurance companies to ensure our courses tick as many boxes as possible and are as compliant as they can be, as the airbrush make-up method enters main-stream standards such as NVQ.

Whether your aim for your learners is to provide a basic grounding in airbrushing as part

of an enrichment skills week, to prepare media make-up students for a career using an airbrush or simply to enhance your own repertoire of skills with Habia approved CPD, Airbase has a professionally run, affordable course to suit your needs. This is supported by a first class product and a helpful UK based support team.

Courses are available 7 days a week at your premises and we cater for evening courses if required. All we need is a minimum of 10 paying learners. If you reach that number, we will train you, the teacher, for free!

The half-day course teaches the skills required to complete a stunning finish with an airbrush, ideal for a bridal and occasion make-up including high-lighting, low-lighting, concealing and contouring.

The course begins with a demonstration of the stunning Airbase Make-Up, giving information on the professional history of this unique silicone based make-up brand.

Practical application follows where hints, tips and techniques employed by the very best

make-up artists are passed onto learners.

The half-day course includes:

• Equipment Maintenance

• Airbrush Control

• Application of silicone based Foundation

• Concealing Techniques

• Highlighting & Contouring Techniques

• Application of Blush and Bronze

• Coverage of Skin Complaints

A short test will be conducted at the end. Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the practical and theory elements of the course a certificate will be issued as evidence of proficiency in application of Airbase Make-Up as well as an Airbase badge and Training Manual.

Learners will be fully trained and competent by the end of the course enabling practice within a beauty salon or as a mobile Airbase Make-Up artist.

Much like the half-day course, the full-day course teaches the skills required to complete a stunning finish with an airbrush. The key difference to the full-day course is the additional time spent perfecting student skills in practical application with more time spent with airbrush in hand.

The additional time for practical application will allow students to spend time perfecting techniques employed by the expert airbrush make-up artists

and develop the basic skill levels to a highly competent level with support. The full-day session also includes time for an open question section where specific questions can be asked and answered in detail.

Students will be fully trained and highly competent by the end of the course, enabling practice within a beauty salon or as a mobile Airbase Make-Up artist.

A short test will be conducted at the end. Successful candidates will receive a certificate of proficiency in application of Airbase Make-Up, an Airbase badge and Training Manual.

Truly unique by nature this course integrates advanced airbrushing skills and enhanced colour matching techniques to ensure you get the best use of all the colours in the Airbase range. You will take your airbrush in hand and practice on a variety of skin tones.

We focus on how to camouflage different skin complaints and markings including tattoos, birthmarks, uneven skin, blemishes, dark circles, rosacea, mature skins and fine lines. Our course tutor also

demonstrates and explains highlighting, contouring and shading on different face shapes and correcting and enhancing features to create a flawless Airbase look. This one day course includes 8 hours of learning.
