1. Creating a projectTo start a new project click on this button
On the first tab, enter a Project Name and Description
Then click ‘Next Step’ or you can click on tabs to move between screens.

We’ve listed some of the
common fields here. Untick the ones you don’t
need.
You can add specific data
fields for your project. The
example here is blood type. You can also specify
the data field i.e. dropdown list, yes/no, email,
number, text, etc.

We’ve created a basic workflow you may wish to use.
If you want to use this workflow, tick this box. If you want to create a tailored workflow, we will show you in a
few slides time.
You’ve just created your project
This is the main screen. You can navigate through Quadrant from this screen.Next, we will add your team members to this project.
2. Adding team members
To add team members, click on this button
You will see all the team members and their project roles.

You add team members by adding their
email address. If they have registered in
Quadrant their email will
appear. If they have not,
Quadrant will offer to email them on your
behalf.
You can also
choose their level of access.
3. Add a workflow
To add a workflow click on this button
You can now see a list of all the project workflows you’ve created. The workflow below is the basic one from the set up. You can assign team members access to certain steps within the workflow for added security.
On the next screen we will show you how to tailor a workflow.

4. Add participants
To add a participants click on this button
You will be shown a list of all of your participants in the study.
