The B and E Conference Centre prides itself as a full service Corporate Conference and Training Facility with the main focus of business being on the Training and Education industry. B and E Conference Centre houses six training venues, one meeting room and two boardrooms OR interview rooms within our Centre. All venues differ in size and capacity and therefore allows for flexible training facilities to suit your function requirements. All nine of our venues are air- conditioned and have white boards, flip chart stands, tables and chairs setup according to your personal training needs and preferences. We offer sound technological services along with administration services to assist you with preparation and planning for your function or event. This Package is suitable for learnerships, long term training sessions or for any function that has a small budget to work with.

This Package offers all the basic requirements within the training industry, and takes into \consideration that some facilitators prefer to use their own equipment and stationary, thus, these costs are excluded in the package, but can be added if necessary.

The Trainer’s Package can also be customized to suit your individual training needs.

VENUE HIRE RATESOur venues are charged according to the number of delegates booked for. Rates are per venue per day..

VENUE HIRE ONLYB and E Conference Centre also supplies venue hire only where you require the venue but not catering. We chargeaccording to the number of delegates booked for and can negotiate where necessary depending on yourrequirements. Each venue comes standard with a flip chart stand, paper and marker pens, a white board, tablesand chairs set out in the required format, projection wall or big screen for projection purposes, jugs of water and peppermints on the tables. Equipment and beverages are excluded and can be arranged if necessary. Each venue is fully air-conditioned and can be locked up during breaks or in the evenings upon departure.

PLEASE NOTE - NO EXTERNAL CATERING IS PERMITTED.
