The B and E Conference Centre prides itself as a full service Corporate Conference and Training Facility with the main focus of business beingo n t h e Tr a i n i n g a n d E d u c a t i o n i n d u s t r y.

B and E Conference Centre houses six training venues, one meeting room and two boardroomsOR interview rooms within our Centre. All venues differ in size and capacity and therefore allows for flexible training facilities to suit your function requirements. All nine of our venues are air-conditioned and have white boards, flip chart stands, tables and chairs setup according toyour personal training needs and preferences.

We offer sound technological services along with administration services to assist you with preparation and planning for your function or event.

We pride ourselves in Service Excellence and always go the extra mi le to ensure customer sat isfact ion. .

B and E Conference Centre has recently aligned itself with Due Chef, a catering company owned by two ladies who have extensive experience and knowledge within the catering industry and are extremely passionate about food. Due Chef provides in-house catering for your function and prepares a wide selection of tasty, well balanced meals to satisfy your palate. They also offer customized menus to suit your budget, preference and menu requirements.

Due Chef runs the Coffee Shop within our Centre which is open to the public from Monday - Friday 08:00-15:30. For business meetings, or lunch away from the office, you are welcome to visit at any time. They also do Take-Aways.

Delegates can enjoy an after training beverage at our licensed bar, which is situated in the Dining Hall. DSTV is available on three TV’s screening the latest news, events or sporting games. We have an indoor braai area where we can offer you and your delegates a tasty traditional afternoon braai instead of your standard conference package meal. Contact us to discuss this option.

VENUE HIRE RATESOur venues are charged according to the number of delegates booked for. Rates are per venue per day..

VENUE HIRE ONLYB and E Conference Centre also supplies venue hire only where you require the venue but not catering. We chargeaccording to the number of delegates booked for and can negotiate where necessary depending on yourrequirements. Each venue comes standard with a flip chart stand, paper and marker pens, a white board, tablesand chairs set out in the required format, projection wall or big screen for projection purposes, jugs of water and peppermints on the tables. Equipment and beverages are excluded and can be arranged if necessary. Each venue is fully air-conditioned and can be locked up during breaks or in the evenings upon departure.

PLEASE NOTE - NO EXTERNAL CATERING IS PERMITTED.
