Trainer Profile Ahmad Fauzi merupakan seorang pengajar dan pakar runding sepenuh masa. Beliau telah memperolehi ijazah MBA dari USM ketika beliau sedang bertugas di salah sebuah kilang di Pulau Pinang. Sebelum itu, beliau memiliki Ijazah Sains Gunaan dari Australia. Selama 23 tahun bertugas, beliau pernah ditempatkan di Jabatan Jualan, Sumber Manusia, Pembangunan Perniagaan dan Pengurusan. Beliau juga pernah menjadi tenaga pengajar di UiTM Shah Alam selama 7 tahun. Beliau amat meminati bidang pengajaran dan menggunakan pelbagai kaedah yang untuk menarik perhatian dan menimbulkan minat peserta. Beliau telah dijemput ke seluruh pelusuk negara untuk tujuan ini termasuk ke Firma Swasta seperti SONY, SHELL, NAZA, MODENAS, PANASONIC, PETRONAS dan Telekom Malaysia serta juga Jabatan Kerajaan seperti TLDM, TUDM, Perpustakaan, Universiti Malaya, Jabatan Hasil dan JPAM.

Pengalaman semasa bertugas dan juga mengajar dimanafaatkan beliau sepenuhnya apabila berhadapan dengan peserta. Kerjaya beliau didalam industri Elektronik, Pemprosesan Minyak Kelapa Sawit, Perfileman membuatkan beliau beliau begitu versatile dan mudah memahami peserta yang menyertai kursus beliau. Beliau juga adalah tenaga pengajar yang diluluskan oleh Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) dan kini menetap di Pulau Pinang.
