The theory of Trager is to send a message to the unconscious mind that physical movement can be easy and painless. This is achieved through a series of gentle rhythmic movement that foster deep relaxation. The Trager Approach was founded by Dr. Milton Trager, MD.

If you go to a certified Trager practitioner of the Trager approach, you would receive a physical session on a padded table. During a Trager Team treatmentthese movements are done for you by your Trager Team within your muscles and energy fields.

You receive an empowerment to your Trager Team during your attunement. Mentally or out loud, tell your Trager Team the length of the session you are prepared to remain horizontal for while receiving. These are in 20 minute increments. Ask for the session to begin and then be receptive and enjoy! It is normal for you muscles to move slightly or involuntarily during your Trager Team session. If you feel subtle energies you may feel a variety of pleasurable tingle sensations while your Trager Team is attending to your muscles and limbs.

Many people become very relaxed and some drift into sleep during their session. Generally, the sleepy state gives way to a refreshed mental alertness as your session completes. If you are very tired have somewhere else to be within a few hours; please set an alarm clock prior to beginning your Trager Team Treatment.

Mentastics: In the hours and days following your Trager Team Treatment, purposely move your body in gentle, fun ways! This could be a slow dance or any other movement that reminds you of the relaxation and ease you felt during your session. If you did not feel anything during your treatment, simply move your body in ways that are comfortable more often than before.

Use muscles that you have not tried to use recently, for a gentle, easy stretch and movement. Try movements you may not have thought of before. If you have a favorite music, listen and let it guide you. Drink extra water because your muscles may clear out toxins previously held within them.

Your Trager Team Empowerment: Receive in the manner designated by your teacher. Accepting your attunement does not begin treatment immediately. Intend to begin your treatment with intent, when you are ready to recline and remain stationary while work is being done for you by your Trager Team.

Facilitating Treatments for others while you also receive: You may receive your Ethereal Trager Treatment and designate up to two other people that are also to receive individualized treatment at the same time

Be sure that whoever you are having this session done for is also reclining for the duration of the session. During your session, hold the thought of wholeness and body/mind ease for each of you.

Passing a Trager Team Empowerment to others:

It is necessary for you to be a Reiki or Seichim Master Teacher, and accustomed to sending attunements and empowerments. The recipients must be open to and at ease with being worked on my likely invisible Beings!

This is a necessity for any treatments to be able to occur!

Many people are comfortable with the idea of reality of Reiki or Rays or energy fields being activated and doing something good for them.

I have seen people close down and go inside themselves at the mere thought of being ‘worked on’ by someone they may not be able to see!!

The idea of a whole team of Beings can be intimidating for some people.

If a person speaks of being able to feel the presence of Angels or their spiritual guides, power animals, ancients or teachers who are not in physical body, they qualify for this attunement.

If a person really wants to feel the presence of Angel or their spiritual guides, yet have never yet been able to, then they still qualify for this empowerment as they are open to and wanting to receive benefit from Helping Healing Ones in the Light of Eternal Sacred Source!

People who show interest in feeling the presence of or positive result of being touched by Beings of Light also qualify for this attunement, but may require follow up from you thereafter. They may not have felt anything, and this is ok, yet they may need reassurance.
