Before the Sales Event
• Target audience receives the direct mail piece with unique PIN#.
• The prospect has the ability to register for the event with the Live Call Center or on the Audience Verification Page.
• All registrations and data are updated in real-time and available to the dealer on the TrafficTrackers Dashboard.
• Dealer can use collected data (phone and/or email) to confirm appointments.
During the Sales Event
• Check-in people who have registered with the Live Call Center or on-line. (Manually or with Bar Code Scanner)
• Register “walk-in” traffic with or without the mail piece. (Manually or with Bar Code Scanner)
• Add/update notes on registered guests.
• Print out current log for sales and management staff – allows for “follow up” activity.
After the Sales Event
• Update notes on individual customers.
• Export data into Excel for reporting and analytical purposes.
• Upload newly acquired customer data into your existing in-house database.
• Begin planning your upcoming marketing campaigns based upon real data instead of “gut feelings”.

how customers register and set appointments.
The Online Dashboard screens shows how end-

PIN# from their direct mail
piece.

This page can be
printed and the
data can also be
exported in Excel
format.

The Master Log can be edited by simply clicking on the record that you want to edit.
A bar code scanner can also be used to check in appointments as well register new
customers who received a direct mail piece.

By using the “TRANSFER” button, you can add walk-in traffic for customers who did
not receive a direct mail piece/PIN#.

TrafficTrackers collects data that is also crucial to future marketing campaigns. The
“EXCEL” icon allows the displayed data to be exported in Excel format. This data can
then be imported into systems or used for reporting and analytical purposes.
