The Aleco Clear-Valu® ImpacDor® is easy to install and easy to use. The swinging doors open with minimum force and close automatically in seconds. The closing speed is fully adjustable and the polished stainless steel Clear-Valu hinges are guaranteed not to rust or corrode. Crystal clear panels are available in both cooler and freezer formulation in .080” and .120” thickness. Panels are packaged flat, not rolled, to insure straight hanging for a tight seal. In addition, Clear-Valu® doors can be field adjusted and modified for a perfect fit. The complete Clear-Valu® door includes mounting hardware.

Tough, single-ply, wear resistant PVC panels, available in two thicknesses (1/4” and 5/32”), absorb the initial impact of loads. Patent pending one-piece PVC panels are easy to clean, maintain and can be inexpensively replaced when required/needed. The Optima door should be mounted in the center of the opening on a jamb no wider than 6” for proper operation of the gravity hinge system. For applications outside these parameters please contact your Aleco representative for possible solutions.

The Aleco ImpacDor® RD-175 is designed for effortless swing using the zinc plated upper EZ hinge and 8-3/4” high zinc plated lower jamb guard. The Aleco RD-175 is constructed from rigid PVC sub-frames ultrasonically welded to the 1/8” thick ABS facings available in 12 colors. The internal closed cell foam insulation provides an R-value of 7. The Aleco RD-175 is constructed without wood, glue or rivets and is ideal for wash down applications when ordered with the single pane window option.

Fully insulated and gasketed, it is an excellent door for temperature control in industrial, commercial, retail and food processing facilities. The Aleco ImpacDor® HD-175 attractive, rotationally molded polyethylene panels and corrosion-resistant hardware ensure minimal upkeep and maximum performance. Monolithic door panels resist moisture, chemicals, dust, bending and torque. The HD-175 features a 50% greater shell thickness than competitive models. The shell thickens towards the spine and leading edges to maintain strength and resist fatigue from cart or lift truck impacts. A steel tube strengthens and stabilizes the spine edge, plus the entire door is injected with urethane foam to add rigidity, dampen noise and an R-value of 12.

Unique 250 degree hingeThe HD-175 low-wear helical hinge provides a simple, easily maintained gravity hinge design. Its precision aluminum follower travels smoothly over a wide bearing area to evenly distribute load while significantly reducing wear without problematic roller bearings. Hinge and supporting hardware are all corrosion-resistant materials.

The Aleco ImpacDor® AIS-175’s innovative construction with rubber I-beams bonded to flexible vinyl facings ensures flexibility at impact and the “memory” to return to its original shape.
