The Challenge

Elitesuite were launching Elitefile; a new desktop PC product that speeds up file management processes such as searching, viewing, collating and emailing.

Research had proved that Elitefile reduced file administration by over 50% during an average working day.

Elitesuite required a marketing and communications strategy to launch Elitefile and to build awareness and sales.

The Solution

After analysing the market research, Traffic put in place a 6-month marketing strategy to launch and grow sales.

Before implementing the strategy, Traffic took time to understand the full capabilities of the product which resulted in the development of a clear and persuasive proposition.

A lead generation strategy was compiled that involved segmented data sourcing, targeted mailings and e-shots with telephone follow ups for appointment booking.

To support the lead generation campaign, a number of additional tactics were deployed including the roll-out of an interactive website, full suite of marketing literature, a launch event and links to social media and blogs to encourage audience dialogue.

The Results

6 months after the launch Elitefile has been sold into a range of vertical markets including the legal, accountancy and manufacturing sectors. The product has received positive reviews in the media and several channel partnerships have been established with large technology resellers.

The challenge

Deliver an internal and external brand strategy to raise awareness and generate new enquiries for its national IFA network.

The Solution

Traffic co-ordinated a series of internal brand audit workshops to uncover the true qualities and differentiation within the company and its staff.

A set of brand values was established as a result of the exercise, which formed the foundation for the core proposition.

The brand values are now incorporated into all integrated communications campaigns, including press advertising, direct mail and digital communications.

The Results

All Countrywide staff are engaged and projecting the brand values within their roles, resulting in greater career satisfaction and increased productivity.

The group has a core proposition to differentiate itself and a suite of collateral that communicates the brand values and resonates with IFAs and clients.

Since the branding exercise, Countrywide IFAs feel more confident in sales situations and the external communications have led to an increase in new business enquiries.

Case Study - Media Relations Pink Home Loans is an award-winning mortgage Distribution Company providing products and services to financial intermediaries since 1990.

The challenge

Pink Home Loans was launching a new mortgage broker service, providing professional mortgage advice to the general public.

The company was aiming to significantly grow market share both in the Midlands and nationally and required a wide-reaching PR strategy.

The solution

Traffic compiled an integrated marketing and PR strategy to launch the brand, raise awareness and generate enquiries.

News items, commentary and articles featured in the mortgage, property and investment media and a live interview with the CEO was featured on Sky News.

Traffic arranged briefings with key business journalists, provided a regular supply of news stories and features and distributed a monthly newsletter to key media contacts.

The Results

The large volume of targeted coverage helped Pink Home Loans to become one of the largest mortgage packaging providers in the UK.

As a result, it attracted the attentions of large-scale investors and was eventually acquired by a major national building society.
