3-WAY began in 1954 as a furniture delivery company servicing the San Francisco Bay area. The original name “3-WAY” was chosen for the primary compass points of the directions a truck could be driven from San Francisco Bay Area: North, South and East. Since that time, our name has taken on a substantially different meaning and now reflects our ability to provide total transportation services by land, air and sea.
Over the past 5 decades, we have grown from a family run business to a globally recognized company. With over 300 employees in locations across the U.S. 3-WAY is a leading service provider specializing in project and heavy lift support for both domestic and international transportation. Our strength is focused in the tradeshow, solar, high-tech semiconductor, aerospace, medical and telecommunication industries.
