Largely thematic cultural geography course with emphasis on: Macrohistory and civilization development to understand Europe in its present world context Coverage is given to applied geopolitics, civilization clash and Europe in a world context of potentially: Post-globalization Post-energy era Globe: Syllabus The course is influenced by classical realist geopolitical thought.
