Vicinia Gardens offers an all inclusive rate that includes assistance with

all aspects of daily living, medication management, home cooked meals,

laundry, life enrichment program, life safety system, electronic medication

record, safety cameras, wireless internet, and registered nurse on call.

Assisted Living

Single Rooms $4,200 - 4,900

Patio Suites $5,000 - 5,500

Double Suites $3,800 - 4,900 per person

(two person minimum)

Memory Care

Single Rooms $4,900 - 5,500

Double Suites $3,800 - 5,500 per person

(two person minimum)

Cable Service:

$35.00 per month

Telephone Service:

$40.00 per month

One time hook up fee: $40.00

Rates are as of October 2020 and are subject to change. Rates will be increased annually to match COLA. Due to

privately owned infrastructure of our buildings, we require all phone services to be handled through our Staff

unless pre-approved in writing by authorized staff member of Assisti Care, LLC.

What are the requirements for admission?

How do I visit during COVID-19?

Currently Allegan county is considered a Zone E. This is the highest

risk level in Michigan. Therefore Vicinia Gardens is only permitted

to allow window visits. We are hoping this will change and cases of

COVID-19 decrease so we can resume normal visiting.

May family join for meals?

Under normal circumstances, family members are welcome to eat

with their loved ones. The kitchen requests that they have a 24-

hour notice to make sure there is enough food made for everyone.

Donations are accepted. At this time, families are not permitted to

join for meals.

Is there a gathering room available?

You can reserve the community garden room for family events, you

can book the room with any staff member.

What if we experience technology difficulties?

If you are having an issue with cable, phone, Wi-Fi please call the

front office.

May we hang pictures and curtains in resident rooms?

You may hang items on the wall of your loved one’s room, but the

family is responsible for hanging items.

Meet The Team

Toni was born and raised in Otsego, Michigan and has a big family that’s been in the

area for years, so she knows it well! She began going to school to be and

elementary teacher, until she stumbled upon a job caring for the elderly and never

turned back! She’s been in direct care for just over 6 years now, and plans on going

back to school for nursing. Toni joined Vicinia Gardens in 2018 as a resident aide,

showed incredible hard work and dedication to our team and is now our

administration coordinator! Toni is our smiling face at the front desk, and if you're

lucky you'll get to meet VGO’s “mascot” Arya, her 8 month old goldendoodle puppy!

The residents love Arya & Toni and we hope you will too!

Kelly is part Owner of Assisti Care, LLC, our management company. She is a

licensed Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience including critical care

at McLaren and Visiting Nurse services. She has obtained a Bachelor of Health

Care Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint as well as a certified

dementia care manager and trainer. At Assisti Care, she oversees the licensing

and management of our facilities. Kelly’s close, compassionate relationship with

our residents and directors makes her the perfect leader of our medical team.
