Executive summaryTPS is a company created in 1992 following an equal partnership agreement between the Tunisian Company of Petroleum Activity (ETAP) and British Gas Tunisia and was bought by the Austrian company OMV in 2003.PGS has been selected to ensure conformity of the TPS project with the national safety standards for the loading / unloading of tank trucks and to optimize the time of loading / unloading operations.

Skids specifications - One positive displacement flow meter with mechanical indicator.- Temperature Transmitter.- Pneumatic Flow control valves. - One Preset Computer. - Thermal Safety Valve. - Check Valve. - Double block and bleed Valves.- Prover Connection. - Liquid phase/ vapor phase arms with emergency release couplings. - Overfill control system.- Shutdown valves. - ATEX Junction boxes.
SAFETY PLC CABINET - Compact SIL3 safety-related controller.- Controller suitable for mounting in ATEX zone 2. - Controlled safety devices: shutdown valves, overfill sensor, emergency shutdown button, manual alarms components.- Interface with existing SCS.
Services- Commissioning, start-up, training & maintenance. - Meters calibration.
Design, supply, installation assistance and commissioning of 5 loading stations on 3 sites, guebiba, tank battery and Trapsa.This project covers the Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and process activities to upgrade the loading/offloading terminals.
