PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES

• ALPHA TEAM are able to produce an average between 250 to 450 tonne per week

• BRAVO TEAM are able to produce an average between 250 to 450 tonne per week

• ALPHA TEAM are able to produce an average between 50 to 80 tonne per week

• ALPHA TEAM are able to produce an average up to 50 tonne per week

SOFTWARE

Depending on client requirements TPEA are able to provide the right advise and software that best suits your needs. Our team and partners are skilled in such software as:

• TEKLA: Which is used to provide structure 3D modelling and shop drawing detailing.

• AUTOCAD: Which is used to further develop shop drawings in details.

• REVIT for BIM, the intelligent model-based process used to plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.

• SOLID WORKS : IF required can be used to develop mechanical modelling for industrial purpose such as vessels and tanks.

DOCUMENT CONTROL

Document control is key to our success as company and in delivering our projects successfully, we at TPEA take pride ourselves in making this process as easy and efficient for both parties. All files, drawings and documents will be issued with:

• Transmittal outlining all files, document, revisions contained within the distributed files.

• Document master register updated with all latest information and revision to date.

• TPEA can provide and internet based document management system with 24hr accessibility subject to project requirements.
