Phase 1 - Data Processing

Prospect Data Sourcing Desired target prospect records, consisting of non-customer name and postal address records, including but not limted to:

a) Internal/External ABC Company prospect house-files; Qty/TBDb) Weekly/Monthly/Historical responders to discount and coupon-savvy offers; Approx. 3-5 Million/Month.c) New Mover Data – consumers that have recently moved in the last 30-90 days; Postal records = 3

Million/Month; Email/Postal Records = Approx. 300,000/Monthd) Pre-Mover Data – Single Family Dwelling Unit (SFDU) consumers with homes currently for sale; Approx.

1.5/Week; Email/Postal Records = Approx. 150,000/Week.

Phase 2 - Permission Pass MailingUpon the completion of all prospect database selection and opt-in email address enhancement, Touchpoint to email permission pass all gross appended records for discount shopper related offers. In accordance with both the DMA’s Best Practices for Online Marketing and Spamhaus.org’s guidelines for permission passed prospect email records, Touchpoint to transmit a specific NON-ABC Company branded creative to all prospects with a reintroduction email and an invitation to receive future discount shopper related email.

Permission Pass Mailing Process Flow:

Touchpoint to implement complete contact record with demographic consumer data on where available basis for use in message segmentation, subject line/creative personalization, etc.

Phase 3 – ABC Company-Branded Permission Pass Mailing ABC Company to supply Touchpoint with branded ABC Company email creative highlighting an invitation

to receive future emails from ABC Company, as well as the products and services offered by ABC Company.

Via our StrongMail and ReturnPath render tools and Spam Sender Score technology, Touchpoint ensures the ABC Company branded creative renders properly in all ISP mail clients and optimum spam sender score is achieved for maximum deliverability.

All Phase 2 net permission pass records to be loaded and immediately deployed via TP’s Shuremail (Powered via Strongmail) delivery platform. Dedicated ABC Company IP space to be utilized for ABC Company-branded creative deployments.

Touchpoint to track all confirmed delivery success, opens, clicks and opt-outs.

Phase 4 – Backend Reporting/Enhancement If desired for offline marketing initiatives, Touchpoint to append all phase 3 confirmed delivery success

email addresses to end of postal contact record along with separate field indicators for a) Success Email Address; b) Open; c) click; d) opt-out/removal;

Touchpoint to provide file reporting to client illustrating phase 3 delivery statistics that will include total quantity deployed, successes, opens, clicks and opt-outs.

Touchpoint to supply client with final opt-out file from Phase 3 approx. 2 weeks after the completion of all phases.

Phase 5 – Prospect Email Database Export/Transmission Solution OptionsUpon completion of Phases 1 thru 4 highlighted outlined herein and at ABC Company’s sole discretion, ABC Company may elect to either:

a) Take full control of all subsequent transmissions and on-going uses of the database via an ABC Company internal email delivery platform or via an external non-Touchpoint email delivery vendor/deployment solution**All external 3rd party prospect email transmission systems must be reviewed and approved via TP compliancy department prior to approval

b) Integrate the prospect email database into a ABC Company branded platform within Touchpoint’s Shuremail email delivery product suite. ABC Company and Touchpoint to collectively manage the Shuremail solution including, but limited to, on-going transmissions, reporting, tracking, transactional messaging and real-time responder exports. (PHASE 6)
