Before your child begins school:☐ Register your child
☐ Provide medical records and up-to-date physical
☐ Complete proof of residence- see website for documents
☐ Send in transportation form
☐ Check on-line for bus information
☐ Provide school with day care information, if applicable
☐ Provide school with any allergy information
☐ Optional school supply list is posted on website
First week of school:☐ Complete Emergency Card
☐ Read and sign-off on Student Parent Handbook
☐ Set up lunch account with information sent home
☐ Know your child’s bus number and stop (buses will run late the first weeks of school)
☐ Complete Free and Reduced Lunch form and return, if needed
As school begins: Students may bring or
purchase a lunch from school. School lunches are peanut/nut free. HOWEVER, students may bring a peanut butter lunch to school.
Snacks may be purchased during lunchtime. If interested, you may sign an opt out form if you would prefer your child not purchase snacks.
Volunteering : You must have a current CORI on file. You can complete this form in our front office or at Central Office.
Sick child ?-Please call the school to inform them if your child is sick by calling 839-5483, ext. 2.
Students must be fever, vomit and diarrhea free for 24 hours without medication before returning to school.
Parent Drop Off - Parents may drive through and drop off near the preschool end of the building, or park and walk your child into school.
Parent Pick up : Please write a note specifying who will pick up your child. Parents may line up outside the main entrance at 3:20PM.
