GRAVENHURST PAN AM TORCH RELAY - JUNE 9
Mark Your Calendars! June 9th The Pan Am Torch Relay is coming to Gravenhurst.Come out to cheer on our local Torchbearer Cara McLeod!
As a Celebration Community we’ll be having a special ceremony at the Muskoka Wharf beginning at 1:00pm.
There will be also be fun activities for kids at the Special Events Field at the Wharf. Activities will include a variety of sport, dance and music that celebrates the cultures of the Pan Am participating countries. Activities will include, seated Volleyball, Goal Ball, Zumba, a Rain Stick making station and Soccer Baseball. Kids will receive a healthy lunch as part of the day and will be included in the daytime celebration.

Torch Relay Route - The flame will be traveling from Muskoka Road South at the Arch along Muskoka Road to Bay Street, it will then turn left and travel along Bay Street to Cherokee Lane and to the Wharf.

‘Doors Open’ Celebrates Sports Heritage this year by featuring five sites throughout the Town
of Gravenhurst on Saturday June 20th. The event will kick off with a celebration at the Gravenhurst
Curling Club at 9:30 a.m.

Centennial Centre, The Gravenhurst Opera House and the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce or
