TOWN MANAGER’S UPDATE …

Work on Annex Building – 37 The Circle continues – electric connection on January 25. Anticipate activity to increase now that power is established (see Photo 1)

Completed revision to Walkability & Connectivity Study Request for Proposals Finalized Municipal Election Support Agreement between Sussex County Department of

Elections and the Town of Georgetown – Council Action on February 14 Followed up on resident concerns over snow removal during recent winter storm



Supplied information on CleanBay Renewable’s to Planning Commission member Researched restroom facility alternatives for DART Transit Hub and Sussex Sports

Center Answered realtor questions regarding annexation and approvals for the Smith Farm

(Vaughn Road) Attended Delaware League of Local Governments Monthly Meeting. Presentation by

Delaware Municipal Electric Corporation (DEMEC) Provided Sussex County Housing & Community Development information on sidewalk

construction estimates – potential FY 2019 CDBG Infrastructure Project Attended information session on Meistertask (Project Management Platform) and market

data gathered as part of the Roadmap Process (Jamie Craddock, Gene Dvornick, Jocelyn Godwin)
