The Brooklyn Renaissance Place, New York is a hotel and office tower complex that includes a 31-story , 750,000 square foot office tower and 376 guest room. The hotel has spacious ballrooms, meeting spaces and restaurants, as well as a large health spa and an under parking. This is the first major luxury hotel built in Brooklyn in 50 years.
