Estevan Motor SpeedwayRace day will bring you a “sit on
the edge of your seat” experience at the Estevan Motor Speedway. Its’ 3/8 mile high-banked oval dirt track and grandstand puts you above the track so you can see what is happening all the time.
Each night there are three reg-ular classes that race bi-weekly where the drivers compete for the nightly purse and points for the track, regionally and nationally.
The Estevan Motor Speedway has special events throughout the race season including Monster trucks, Box car races and many others.
Trackside MXEither get your motor running
and head down to Trackside MX for some awesome races or come out and watch all the action from the grandstands.
Trackside MX has a diverse ter-rain with 3 valley sections, over and under bridge, step-on and step-offs, big doubles and rhythm section. There is also a kids track to develop skills for those new to the sport.
If you are coming to Estevan for the track; camping and RV space is available on-site.
Estevan Snowmobile ClubThe Estevan Snowmobile Club
maintains around 250kms of trails in the southeast. Main trails run from Estevan to Benson, Lamp-man, Wilmar and Arcola with warm-up/safety shelters in be-tween.
The club has been in opera-tion for more than 15 years and operates on a membership basis. Snowmobilers from out of province are able to ride on their groomed trails as long as they have a snow-mobile license.
Estevan Drag Racing Assoc. What a thrill to spend an after-
noon as two vehicles race down the track.
The Estevan Drag Racing Asso-ciation has been in our community since 2003 and pits a large varie-ty of automobiles; bikes, cars and trucks. The drag racing communi-ty is a large one and holds a lot of fans in the Estevan area. Some of the modifi cations done to these vehicles are something to be in awe of and spectators may have a chance to get up close and person-al with the cars and their drivers.

Hunting and Fish-ing in the Estevan area is abundant. Many vis-itors come from across Western Canada as well as the Northern United States to fi nd the best of the best.
Boundary Dam Reservoir, just a 10 minute drive south of Estevan is well known
for fi shing. It holds Walleye, Perch, Pike, and is the only place in Western Canada to fi sh Largemouth Bass.
Rafferty Dam and the Souris River are also fi shing hot spots that hold all of the above fi sh, minus the Largemouth Bass.
Estevan and area’s upland game bird populations vary between years. The Estevan Wildlife Feder-ation(EWF) maintains an extensive winter feeding program made pos-sible through it’s many volunteers, keeping the pheasants and grouse numbers healthy. Pheasants are also raised by the EWF for release each summer.
Pheasant, Sharp Tailed Grouse,
Hungarian Partridge, Geese, Duck and Sandhill Cranes are species that can be hunted here.
As for big game in our area, Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer, Moose and Elk are in abundance.

The Arts and Culture seen in Estevan is quite
extensive with n u m e r o u s o r g a n i z a t i o n s playing key roles.There are two main Museums in Estevan, one being the Souris Valley Museum, which is a regional
museum that offers regional artifacts to view as well as programming. The other museum is at the Estevan Art Gallery and is the NWMP Museum, it is home to artifacts that refl ect the trek from 1874 - 1892.The Art Gallery is also home to the only exhibit gallery in Estevan. The exhibits are rotated through the year with up and coming artists. The Souris Valley Theatre is open during the summer months and offers live theatre and theatre camps to young
actors and actresses. The shows change headlines throughout the season. The Estevan Arts Council offers many programming opportunities for a wide range of abilities. The council brings shows into town, offer a fi lm circuit, Koncerts for Kids and many more unique events. The Orpheum Theatre is a two theatre movie centre. Grab a snack from the concession and sit back
and watch a great fi lm. Some shows are available in 3D.Happy children and families make a great community. The Estevan Family Centre strives to make that happen
with their programming and drop in time. Many parents let their kids socialize and play with others while they meet other like-minded parents. Open Monday - Friday.
