REPORTS Shift Reports: Display the total amount of Draw and Instant Games sold prior to when the last shift report was printed & cleared. Select Reports, Local Reports, Shift Reports to view and print. Select the printer icon ” and choose full page print. This only prints and does notclear the shift. Remove cash box from machine. Select Clear Shift. This resets the financials to zero. Replace emptied cash box and close lock box. Inventory Reports: Provides access to Game Bin Sales, Inventory details, and overall bin Status and Instant Games bin information. Online Reports: provides accessto daily online sales for last 7 days. Should be used to report daily online vending sales Scratch-off Instant Ticket Redeemed Report: Provides access to daily scratch-off sales and redemptions through the vending machine. Also lists any packs of tickets activated at the vending macnine. JOURNAL items resolve security & customer issues. Cash Log: Lists the last 200 Draw and Instant Sales from the terminal including bills inserted and stacked. Security Alert: Lists the last 200 security events, including main door open/close, BA open/close, and power down details. Events: Displays all events that have occurred since the current shift began. All events except dispensing of tickets. Audit Trail: Shows last 10 detailed transactions. A transaction is complete when credits reach zero. Load tickets 8” and longer ($5, $10, $20, or$25 games) under the roller bar in the ticket drawer. Load tickets shorter than 8” over roller bar. NO tickets longer than 8” in bottom drawer. Quick Tips: Clearing Jams Play Slip Reader – Lift up on latch and open reader to remove jammed object. Bill Acceptor (BA) – Pinch silver bar and pull up on BA to remove it and clear jam. Printer – Press silver button to open printer door, remove jammed paper, pull a few inches of paper out and close firmly. Keep ALL bins loaded at ALL times. Plan-O-Gram must be used for most effective ticket placement. Keep play slip holder filled with draw game play slips and How-To-Plays. Remind players that the Touch does not provide change. External Features Internal Features • Barcode Scanner allows a Player to check for winners on all tickets.

• The customer touches the Touch Screen Display to purchase a draw game or instant ticket. If a game is unavailable, the game image will display muted colors. If instant ticket bin is empty, “OUT” will appear on the digital button. If a ticket is too high to reach, select the green Flip Screen button.

• Play Slip Reader accepts ALL draw game play slips.

• The Bill Acceptor accepts and validates the customer’s cash. Lock protects components inside the main and bill acceptor doors.

• The customer retrieves the purchased ticket from the Ticket Collection Bin.

TVM Internal Operation• The Manager Display enables navigation through menus, which are used when loading tickets and printing reports.

• The Barcode Scanner enables the retailer to maximize the bene�ts of SmartLoad ticket loading software. In addition, it simpli�es ticket activation, running machine reports, and bin loading. • The Waterfall and Ticket Chute doors allow instant tickets to e�ciently dispense.

• The Printer is used to print draw game tickets and reports.

• Mounted within the Ticket Drawers, the Bins hold and dispense instant tickets available for purchase. There are four bins in each drawer and seven drawers.

• The Storage Area of the machine is designed to hold non-value items.

• The Touch Screen Remote controls the brightness and contrast features of the Touch Screen Display.

Step One: From Home Retailer screen use scanner to scan the “LOAD” barcode on the desired bin #.

Step Two: Scan “000” or lowest ticket �rst, then touch Submit.

Step Three: Touch Full Pack or scan highest ticket in pack if partial pack.

Step Four: Touch Submit, Load Successful message will appear, touch OK.

Step Five: Check that additional inventory has been added. Continue to next bin as needed.

NOTE: If inventory exists, additional inventory should be loaded below the existing inventory.

Step One: Scan “UNLOAD” barcode on desired bin # to be unloaded. Step Two: Inventory Exist message will appear, select YES to remove inventory, Select NO to keep inventory.

Step Three: Tickets will back out of burster, depending on choice in Step Three, inventory may or may not be a�ected.

Note: Remove Tickets & Forward Tickets can be used to move the tickets loaded forward or backward depending on your needs.
