SURFACE MOUNTED, END-BANDED NTC THERMISTORS are designed to be mounted onto rigid or flexible PC boards using robotic technology. They are particularly well suited for PC boards with a high density of discrete components. The solder-plated Ni-barrier terminations are easily soldered and meet ANSI/J-STD-002 Method B. The thermistor is designed to withstand solder temperatures of 260oC for 30 seconds.

UNI-CURVE® INTERCHANGEABLE THERMISTORS are high quality, low cost resistance temperature matched interchangeable thermistors. They offer additional cost savings by eliminating the need for individual resistance temperature calibration, as well as standardization of circuit components and simplification of design and replacement problems. LINEAR THERMISTOR NETWORKS (LTN®) consist of precision resistors and thermistors which are designed to produce a resistance change or voltage output that varies linearly with temperature over the selected temperature range. They provide a sensitivity that is hundreds of times greater than that of thermocouples or wire-wound resistance bulbs. The Composite Series consists of one twin thermistor and two precision resistors, and is designed to provide greater flexibility in mounting and location. These are also available in probe assemblies to your specifications and are ideally suited for use where space must be considered in existing or newly designed circuitry.

SMALL BEAD THERMISTORS feature relatively uniform size, offer ultra fast time response and are highly sensitive to electric power. They are ideally suited for usage in low heat capacity applications and their micro size makes them perfect for use in extremely small assemblies such as Catheter and Hypodermic Needles. In addition, Small Bead Thermistors are widely used in self-heat applications such as Gas Analysis, Gas Flow Measurement and Thermal Conductivity Analysis.

STANDARD BEAD THERMISTORS are hermetically sealed in glass, and are designed for use in low cost, general purpose temperature measurement and control applications. They are ideally suited for the most stringent Military, Aerospace and Oceanographic Applications. The Standard Bead Thermistors meet MIL-T-23648 requirements.
