About Total Insight Theatre

Total Insight Theatre is an award-winning arts charity that provides arts and cultural opportunities for children and young people, particularly those experiencing disadvantage.

Founded in 2014, we have since engaged 15,300 children and young people in schools, libraries, youth centres and pupil referral units across the UK. Our mission is to increase the number of children and young people benefitting from the arts and provide them with opportunities to develop key skills and tools to build positive futures, no matter where they start in life.

During the Covid-19 crisis, we have moved our work online to continue supporting children and young people during these difficult times.

We encourage applications from all candidates regardless of ethnicity, race, gender, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or whether they have a disability.

Let us know if we can do anything to make the application or interview process more accessible. If you are invited to interview, we will also ask you for any accessibility requirements or preferences.
