- Dual Tone Marco Air Horn (116900190-B)

- Universal M8 Mounting Bolt

- 12V 30A Relay

- Phillips screw

Optional: UNV-HARNESS Universal Air Horn Wiring Harness (Sold Separately). The

wiring kit isolates the Tornado™ Air Horn electrical from any of the electrical compo-

nents. We only use the on/off aspect of the stock horn button, which turns the Torna-

do™ relay on/off. This wiring kit also provides a more direct power source to the com-

pressor and insures you have the loudest horn in the motorcycle industry.

Warning: Horn must be protected by a 25A fuse. Failure to do so may result in dam-

age, injury and void Warranty.

Warning: To prevent possible electrical shock, disconnect the negative Battery termi-

nal before installing this product.

Fits: Universal 12v System

Requires 4.5" W, 5.0" H, 3.0" D Clearance

Wiring needed not included

Relay contact 87: Connects to the + post of the Tornado

Relay contact 86: Connects to +12v from horn button

Relay contact 85: Connects to Ground and the - post of the Tornado

Relay contact 30: Connects to in-line fuse of + post of Battery

Mounting

1. Mount horn to a suitable location using the supplied

mounting bolt.

2. Mount relay to horn using supplied Phillips screw or

mount near battery. See picture below.

3. Wire the horn and relay according to the wiring diagram

below and the Relay Wiring to the right.

4. Test operation of horn before riding.
