the workflow details, like add and remove approvers or route changes.

of the workflow details UI.

Now all the portlets of the Pending Workflows UI have pagination: if more than 10 records exist, the
Show more link is displayed. After clicking, another 10 records are loaded.

Insurance Rates Based on Gender
This is a requirement coming from various countries where insurance providers offer insurance plans
(health insurances) with insurance rates based on gender. This is an additional parameter that has
been added to the existing rate chart, beside the parameters smoking and age. The gender parameter
can now be picked up to calculate the correct rates.
Why is this important?
The parameter Gender is important to
calculate the correct contribution
amounts when creating an insurance
plan.

Savings Enhancements
Benefit of type Savings has been enhanced. When creating a benefit of that type, the following
enhancements are visible on admin side: the label “Pension Type” has been renamed to “Plan Type”
and a new field has been added “Plan Sub-Type”. This is associated to the country field. According to
the country selection, the respective country specific saving plans will be listed. The list has to be
maintained by Admin. The new field is only available when in field Plan Type the “Savings plan” is
selected.
Why is this important?
In US and Canada it is common Employers are offering saving plans to their employees. Admins
should be able to configure the saving plans according to their needs. Therefore this new field has
been developed to specify the different plan types in dependence of the selected country.

Back to Top Button in People Profile You can now use a "back to top" link in the profile header to jump back to the top of the People Profile
page. This button appears as soon as the page is scrolled down to a degree where the global header
has disappeared.
Why is this important?
Back to top button allows users to
quickly access the module picker
and search so that you can easily
navigate away from People Profile
without scrolling all the way back.

The UI styling of Employee Profile information accessed via a link on Performance Review forms has
been updated.
Why is this important?
Performance review form link to
Employee Profile earlier opened
the old v11 Employee Profile UIs, when
you are on the v12 profile or People
Profile version.
EP links in PM review forms now open
the v12 or People Profile depending on
the profile version.

UI performance of People Profile v3 built in Fiori UI framework has been significantly improved. People
Profile first time page load time is ~10s.

Initial page load (cold cache) time of
People Profile is now at par with
Employee Profile v12.

SuccessFactors and they are
continuously working on fine-tuning it
and have made significant performance
improvements in 1608.

Locale Picker for File Based Imports
Locale picker for file based imports.
Why is this important?
Previously, before you could import
language specific data containing Date,
Numbers and Pick list files, you had to
choose the same locale as the
data to import.
Changing the locale automatically
changed the UI based on your
selected language.
This made it difficult to proceed if the
user did not understand the selected
language.

Why is this important?
This allows you to initiate Start
Probation Event.
Based on your selection there is an
option to notify an employee, manager,

Launch Performance Management Forms
Launch Forms via .csv upload When using the Launch > One-time > Now option in Launch Forms, a new option has been added to
Select Employees > Group of Employees: Upload CSV File. This is currently not supported for the
Launch > One-Time > Later or the Launch > Recurring schedule options.
Why is this important?
Give you the ability to easily launch forms for multiple employees without having to use employee
search.

With this enhancement, the Program Information text for the Employee Referral feature is multilingual.
You now have the option to change to locale and enter text for this information in different languages.
