Why is it Important?

Businesses are responsible for setting the tone by which organizations are directed and managed. It establishes goals, objectives and the culture and values of the organization.

Many businesses struggle with understanding and governing IT and IT processes and activities.

IT Governance creates an environment in which the enterprise can effectively exploit the benefits in IT to effectively support the organization in meeting their strategic goals.
