拓湃出品的筒式柴油打桩锤是目前市场上应用最广泛的基础施工设备。该产品利用柴油机的原理

和技术，具备强大的连续打桩能力和极高的打桩效率，其独立的强制润滑油泵技术，使其使用寿命明

显延长。同时产品应用的目前世界上较先进的供油系统，结构紧凑，操作、维修方便，且弥补了静力

压桩机不能够压斜桩的弱点。

TOPPILE offers the cylinder diesel-oil piling hammers to the large scaled applied ranges

of infrastructure construction in the present markets, by taking advantage of the diesel engine

and technology, the hammers can drive piling continuously and efficiently with long life-

term usage under adopting its independent full pressure lubrication pump. Meanwhile, these

products have compact struc tures , convenient manipulat ion and maintenance due to the top

advanced fuel-supply system currently in the world, which making up for the lack of static pile

driver not to drive oblique piles.

履带桩架采用履带行走，电控驱动，塔架可360度全回转、起落方便快捷，主卷扬和副卷扬可同步控制或分开控制，大范围微调精准定位。根据施工要求可配挂悬挂钻孔机，液压

打桩锤及柴油锤等多种设备。

The Crawler Piling Rig is electric driven and stepped with the crawler, the tower frame is 360 degree rotatable with convenience landing, the master hoist winch and

the deputy can be synchronized control or separate control, which has a wide range of line-tuning precise positioning. According to the construction requirements, it can be

matched with the hanging drilling machines, hydraulic piling hammers and diesel hammers and other equipment.

系列履带桩架主要有TPC60、TPC90、TPC120等系列。具有低噪音、无振动。无废气公害、整体机动灵活。附属设备少，整体设计个性化等特点，产品技术性能达到国家领先

液压系统 Hydraulic system

◎ 开式液压系统：双泵双回路开式液压系统具有油泵寿命长，抗油液污染能力强，换向迅捷有力维修简单的特点。

◎ 双重过滤技术：液压系统采用吸一回油双重过滤机制，最大程度过滤液压系统工作中产生的杂质，滤芯寿命长，液压元件可靠性大大增加。

◎ 电液换向控制技术：采用接近开关非接触式拾取换向信号，通过编程控制器，优化主油缸和摆动油缸的换向时间，减少堵管现象发生。

The open hydraulic system with three-pump and three-circuit is adopted for this products. The constant power control and pressure cut-off control can promise a multistage

and reliable main pump. The equipped leading coverow valve makes the overow to be safer. The main pumping circuit and "S" valve circuit are independent to each other,

which makes the work system reliable and the changeover steady. Taper sealing and ange connection can ensure the hydraulic circuit with features of reliable seal, simple

and low-cost maintenance.

◎ 可输程控制技术：全部电气逻辑控制通过可编程控制器实现，安全准确，可靠性极高。

◎ 多重保护技术：电气系统设有低气压电压启动，电气系统显示及短路保护，电机过载保护，柴油机故障报警等多重保护措施，减少误操作对设备的损坏。

◎ 发动机油门自动控制技术：等泵送启动时，发动机自动加油和转速升至作业工况相匹配的高转速，停止泵送时，发动机转速自动降至急速，从而达到省油及延长发动机寿命的目的。

During the designing of key parts, such as hopper, "S" pipe and other vital components, some advanced modern design methods are adopted to analyze it's stress state,

structure stiffness, stress concentration and other relevant situations on the purpose of making it's structure more reasonable, it's stiffness stronger, and it's technology more

better. The disribution system is equipped with folating anti-wearing ring, which can antomatically compensate the wearing gap bet wwen "cut ting ring" and "spectacle-

plate" to ensure pump outlet pressure. "Cut ting ring", "spectacle-plate" and other wearing parts using hard alloy material can guarantee the components with a nice working

performance and a long ser vice lift. What's more supporting wheeels have manual, hdraulic lif ting and other forms for optional.

24V direct-current supply is adopted for the electrical system. The electrical components are 100% imported, which can guarantee reliable system and simple trouble-

proximity switch and contactless changeover can ensure steady changeover.
