Roller Blends

Mix your own essential oil blends in a 10mL rollerball to get the most bang for your buck and make topical application foolproof for your family!

After adding the oils to the bottle, fill the rest with fractionated coconut oil.

Sweet Dreams Roller Rub behind the ears and on the bottoms of the feet immediately before bed! 12 drops Lavender + 10 drops Vetiver & Marjoram + 5 drops Cedarwood & Roman Chamomile. Everything’s Gonna Be Alright Roller Apply to the the underside of the wrists, neck and shoulders, brainstem, heart center, and/or the bottoms to promote feelings of well-being and relaxation! 20 drops Grounding Blend + 15 drops Calming Blend. Liquid Focus Rub on the back of the neck, brainstem, heart center, and/or the bottoms of the feet for added focus and concentration! 20 drops Vetiver, Wild Orange & Lavender + 15 drops Roman Chamomile + 5 drops Peppermint.

Spray Bottles

Sprays are convenient, cost effective and user-friendly ways to use essential oils! These recipes can be sprayed into the air, used as a body mist and on most linens.

Use only glass spray bottles (2oz for these recipes unless otherwise indicated).

Add the oils to the bottle with a teaspoon of witch hazel (a natural preservative and emulsifier), and fill the rest with water. Shake well before each use!

“Sandman Says” Spray Sandman says get to sleep! Spray over bedding or use as a body spray before pajamas! 12 drops Lavender + 6 drops Ylang Ylang & Juniper Berry + 4 drops Clary Sage Energing Spritzer Spray in the air and on the neck and shoulders to energize and uplift! A great spray to keep in your purse to refresh and renew throughout the day! 15 drops Wild Orange + 10 drops Peppermint

Sassy Slimming Wrap 40 drops Metabolic Blend 15 drops Wintergreen & Eucalyptus 10 drops Lavender, Peppermint & Grapefruit

1. Add the oils above to 4oz spray bottle and fill the rest with fractionated coconut or grapeseed oil.

2. Spray directly onto areas you desire to tighten and tone (stomach, hips, thighs, arms, etc.)

3. Wrap the area with cotton, wool, or flannel cloth (you can cut up an old shirt or sheet too!).

4. Wrap an ace bandage or tummy tightener around the cloth. You can also use cling wrap but make sure the cloth is acting as a good barrier between your skin and the plastic because the oils will dissolve it.

5. Keep wrapped for 2 hours or overnight Repeat up to three times per week until you achieve desired results, then do weekly to maintain. Car Refresher Spray in the car to keep it smelling fresh and clean (and keep calm in traffic)! 10 drops Lemon & Eucalyptus + 5 drops Lavender

Capsules

Taking essential oils internally in a capsule is a powerful way to support health and wellness. Do not take on an empty stomach. Consume quickly after making, as the

capsule will melt if pre-made for longer than a few hours!

Only take 100% pure oils that are intended for internal consumption! Most brands of oil are NOT intended for this purpose and may be poisonous due to

additives or chemical extraction processes. Seasonal “Ease” Bomb Take this in a capsule with food up to 4 times a day for occasional seasonal allergies. 3 drops Lavender, Peppermint & Lemon

Immune Support Bomb An excellent way to ward off bugs or help expedite recovery. Oregano is treated like an antibiotic and should not be used more than 10 days in a row. Thyme oil is a great substitute if you do not have Oregano or are fighting something long-term. 5 drops Immune Boosting Blend, Melaleuca & Oregano

These same oils can also be diluted and applied to the bottoms of the feet and down the spine. Applying Frankincense will increase energy and wellbeing, especially if you are trying to get through a workday. The Immune Bomb should be taken with food every 4-6 hours. It is most effective when taken at the first sign of immune compromise. Sinus Support Bomb Helps clear occasional congestion. 3 drops Oregano, Rosemary & Protective Blend + 3 drops Myrrh + 2 drops Frankincense For fast relief, treat yourself to a steam session by filling a large bowl with boiling water and adding 2-5 drops of the Respiratory blend. Cover your head with a towel and inhale steam. Be cautious not to get burned by the steam of hot water. Bonus Recipes: Tasty Treats

Wild Orange Power Bytes Like eating cookie dough, but full of good nutrients! Always a huge hit! 1 cup almond butter 1 cup cranberries OR dark cocoa nibs ½ cup raw honey ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon chia seed powder ½ cup finely shredded coconut 4 drops Wild Orange essential oil Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients except the finely shredded coconut and Wild Orange 2. Add Wild Orange essential oil and mix thoroughly 3. Roll batter into round balls large enough for 1-2 bites each 4. Roll balls in the finely shredded coconut 5. Keep in fridge until ready to enjoy!

Chimpanzee Green Smoothie A great way to start the day! 2 cups baby spinach ½ banana (fresh or frozen) 1 cup frozen pineapple 16 ounces purified water or almond milk 2 drops ginger essential oil Directions: Add all the ingredients to a blender until smooth, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Creamsicle Bliss “Ice Cream” A delicious and healthy way to satisfy any sweet cravings! 2 frozen bananas 5 drops Invigorating Blend essential oil (or you can substitute 4 drops Wild Orange and 2 drops vanilla extract) Directions: 1. Blend frozen bananas in a blender 2. Add essential oils 3. Serve and enjoy!
