Perinatal Group - support for new mums who are experiencing mental health problems in the first year after birth.

Developmental Reviews - for children aged 1 or 2yrs which checks on your child’s development and provides advice and support.

H4L-Mum - Short workshops to discuss nutrition and take part in physical activity, for you and your child.
