• Remember that some states are now engaged in
providing enhanced services to customers with disabilities
through the Disability Employment Initiative (DEI)
– Job Centers that are part of the DEI will have a disability
expert on staff, called a Disability Resource Coordinator
– These Job Centers may be operating as an EN, therefore,
this will require a different approach when discussing
partnership options
• Sharing of EN payments / Alternating the assignment of
Ticket holders

• Developing an agreement (MOU) removes any questions from the equation
• Agreements should be concise, and should highlight the various responsibilities of each party

• A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a
formal agreement between two or more
parties. Companies and organizations can use
MOUs to establish official partnerships. MOUs
are not legally binding but they carry a degree
of seriousness and mutual respect.
