    ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is the world’s largest developer of 

    voluntary International Standards. International Standards give state of the art

    specifications for products, services and good practice, helping to make industry more

    efficient and effective. eveloped through glo!al consensus, they help to !reak down

    !arriers to international trade.

    ensure that the needs and e%pectations of customers are met. ISO "##0 is designed

    and intended to apply to virtually any product or service, made !y any process

    anywhere in the world.

    &he ISO "##0 certificate is suita!le for all sizes of organisation and is well esta!lished

    around the world as an invalua!le $uality management system. It is suita!le for 

    organisations in all industry sectors and will help your organisation to improve

    certified. &he processes that you1ll put in place would have the same intent as a much

    larger company; it1s 5ust that the implementation will !e simpler. :e work with

    organizations to assist them in !alancing the appropriate level of documentation with

    what1s necessary to meet re$uirements.

    any companies choose to attain ISO certification on their own, so having a consultantis not a mandatory !ut highly advisa!le. :e do !elieve that having access to a

    consultant1s knowledge and e%pertise can !e very helpful as you try to sort out how to

    apply ISO in your !usiness. 9nd if you have an urgent need to attain certification and

    limited resources, using consultant is often the most practical approach. :e provide
