5 Categories of Stress• Biological Stressors: illness, disabilities, injuries

• Cognitive or Thinking Stressors: way you perceive a situation, how things around you affect you.

• Personal Behavior Stressors: negative reactions in the body and mind causes by tobacco, alcohol, drugs, poor nutrition, lack of physical activity.

• Every day you leave home about 15 minutes late, never being sure if you are going to make the bus or miss it.
