Abstract. There is a rich literary heritage in the field of education in
Bulgaria. Unfortunately, in our days it seems to be unknown or forgotten. Be-
low we present in facsimile form a paper by Dr. P. Tsonev (1875-1950), pub-
lished in 1910 in a journal edited in Varna – “New School” (Volume 1, Num-
ber 1, January 1910).
