The company is specialized in the field of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure projects such as Construction of Water & Sewage Pipeline Networks, Water Storage, Treatment Plants, and Pump Stations as well as Operation and Maintenance Projects of related fields. The company also executes tunneling projects for water and sewage lines using tunnel boring machines and pipe jacking

techniques utilizing its alliances and cooperation with top specialized international companies such as Herrenknecht, Bauer, and other reputable world suppliers and designers. Quality PolicyThe Policy of Abuljadayel Co. for Contracting & Maint. is to complete Construction, Electromechanical Works, Water and Waste Water Projects that comply with, and satisfy all customers› expectations and needs, considering that the internal implemented procedures and techniques insure the achievement of the following goals:

Wastewater Pump Station Projects North Jeddah Pump Station (World’s deepest and third largest Pump Station)

Turnkey Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Operation. This Pump station is designed to Pump a future maximum flow of up to 1 Million m³ per day catering for flows from approx. 3 million people.

Scope of Work:

Screening Shaft, 42 meters Dia. with depth of 76 meters comprising of fully automated screenings removal, washing, compaction and transportation system. Pumping Shafts (2Nos.) each of 42 meters Dia. with depth of 76 meters each designed with 5 pump sets of capacity 2.2 m³/sec each, with 2.4 MW Variable Speed MV Drives.

State of the art diaphragm wall construction used for shafts construction with depths up to 85 meters requiring more than 116,000 m³ of reinforced concrete and over 403,000 m³ of excavation.

Collection Chamber, Distribution Pipes (3 X 2000mm), Main Distribution Chamber, Service Buildings, Flow Collection measurement and distribution systems. Fully automated control & monitoring by SCADA Ancillary services including Odour Control, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Utilities.

Benefit of Project:

The North Jeddah Pump Station will serve the northern Jeddah area, as the final solution for sewage networks problems pumping sewage and wastewater through 3.5m dia. and 65m deep tunnel at the station and from there to the North Jeddah Wastewater Treatment Plant.

Purpose of This Project is Construction of deep lift sewage station to be used to screen sewage from Central & South Jeddah sewage networks and lift it to the STP Phase 1, 2, 3 & 4 in Al Khumrah area.

Scope of Work:

Construction of 2 shafts, of diameter of 32 meters and 40 meters depth with interconnecting tunnels of 3 meters diameter complete with all mechanical equipment (24 Submersible Pumps each of 0.53 MW with VFDs, flow meters, gates, valves, and SCADA system, etc..) and auxiliary buildings.

Wastewater Treatment Projects Al Khumrah 4 Wastewater Treatment Plant :

Complete Design, Construction, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Operation of Wastewater treatment plant comprising full biological treatment including combined nutrient removal, tertiary treatment, UV disinfection belt press dewatering for design flow rate of 250,000 m3/ day with final effluent in compliance with EPA standards for sea discharge. Full plant automation is provided by customized central SCADA system.

Diaphragm walls method was used to construct the shafts using the most advanced machines in the world (BAUER),Tower cranes, 350 tons Cranes, Piling machine. A specialized and approved laboratory was established on site to ensure the QA/QC procedures.

Project Benefits:

Providing sanitary drainage for complete central & southern areas of Jeddah City, as a final solution for sewage disposal problems in conjunction with the existing and planned Treatment plant facilities and therefore avoiding the use of tankers for collection and disposal of sewage.

Al Khumrah 3 Wastewater Treatment Plant:

Complete Design, Refurbishment, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Operation of WWTP comprising of Full Biological Treatment, Nutrient, Removal, Tertiary, UV Disinfection, Centrifuge Dewatering, Automated Central SCADA control for average daily flow of 140,000 m³/day.

Al Khumrah 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant:

Complete Design, Refurbishment, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Operation of WWTP comprising of Full Biological Treatment, Nutrient, Removal, Tertiary, UV Disinfection, Centrifuge Dewatering, Automated Central SCADA control for average daily flow of 60,000 m³/day.

Execution of main lines, branch lines and house connections for sewage water networks in the central area of Jeddah. Excavation, supply & laying of clay pipes gravity sewer with length of 260,045 meters and 8.4 km replacement. Excavation, Supply & laying of G.R.P. Pipes of different diameters with length of 7.5 km including the construction of 6,450 manholes. Micro Tunnels with dia of 300 to 1200 mm with length of 7.8 km including construction of 44 shafts. Large tunnels with dia of 1500mm with length of 3,5 km including construction of shafts (22 Nos.). House connections including all the necessary works for 50 & 200mm dia V.C. Pipes with length of 2,350,000 meters including construction of 235,000 inspection chambers 600 - 900mm.

The Sewatge Networks for the Historical Jeddah Area:

Construction of the sewage water networks for the Historical Jeddah area including Shafts construction, Tunneling, Piping and finishing works.

Contract No. 2A-1 of TAIF:

Construction of the main sewage gravity line T-13 to the lift station. The main sewage gravity line T-13-9 to the pipeline T-13. Open trench works for wastewater pipe lines in hard rock soil with diameters varying from 2200 to 2500mm in total length of 9 km.

Contract 4 of North Jeddah

Supply and Construction of Sewage Tunnel of dia 2500mm with length 7.6 km with inner coating of HDPE 3mm thickness. Const. of 16 Shafts with depth of 24 m. HK Tunneling machines dia 2500mm were used to finish tunneling works. Shafts were executed using Vertical Shaft Sinking Machine, Manual Sinking, Diaphragm Walls, and Internal structures methods.

Contract 4A of North Jeddah

Supply and Construction of Sewage Tunnel of 3500mm diameter with length of 8.6 km & 2500mm diameter with length of 475 meters and shafts construction of 3 km depth & 9 meters diameter (17 Nos) and 50 meters depth & 6 meters diameters (3 Nos.). Tunneling machines dia 3500mm and dia 2500mm were used to finish the tunneling works. Tunnel constructed using concrete pipes with GRP internal coating.

Contract 17 of North Jeddah

Const. of Main and Branch Sewage lines for AlMuhammadiyah area in Jeddah including Tunnels with dia of 1500mm and 1800mm with length of 4 km and the required shafts for Tunneling Lines, Gravity VCP line of dia 400 & 500mm and length of 4.6 km with 55 Manholes.

Alhawya Transmission Sewage Pipe Line

Open trench works for wastewater pipe lines in hard rock soil with diameters varying from 2200mm to 2500mm in a total length of 9 km. Tunneling Works using the world most advanced TBMs (by Herreneknecht, Germany) to execute a 6 km RC tunnel with inner diameter of 2500mm.

AI Khumrah Inlet Connection

Design, Const., T&C of the Inlet Connections for the South Lift Station at Al Khumrah, Jeddah with a maximum hydraulic capacity of 14.5m3/ sec Shaft construction along with 3000mm dia tunnel connecting the shafts.10 11

The purpose of the extension is to construct 6 numbers of new storage tanks and pumping station at the vicinity of the existing ZamZam plant project site to store the product water from the existing plant to overcome the required demand during Umrah, Ramadan & Hajj seasons, and to accommodate every year for millions of people, and to provide the pilgrims with sufficient supply of Zamzam water and meet the required future demands. The capacity of each tank is 6720 m3 with combined capacity of all 6 tanks are, 40320 m3.

Al Faysaliah Water Mixing Chamber

The design and construction of water mixing chamber and automatic dosing system in Al Faysaliah site in the city of Jeddah using the most advanced system for the city of Jeddah including the latest technology in this field that has been proven in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and world wide.

Measures to improve Madinah Al Munawarah water network performance (QW2).

Upgrade Madinah water network, upgrading existing valves and installing new control valves all with SCADA RTUs connected via GPRS/ 3G to the Water Directorate SCADA system, installing new D.I. pipes and house connections, supply of valves, pipes, and all required materials, excavation works, construction of valve rooms backfilling, asphalting works, and T&C.

Industrial City Phase (5) Jeddah, KSA. AJ Pipe HDPE is made

of high density polyethylene using the most modern German

technology in polyethylene pipe industry, Evolving from the

German experience in this field, High Density Polyethylene

Pipes (HDPE) have perfect mechanical and chemical

properties, it is classified as PE80 and PE100 according to

its strength. HDPE pipes are used for many pressure and

non pressure applications for water sewers, surface water

drainage gas & chemicals transportation It is the most widely

used in pipeline systems because of its advantages:

� Environmentally safe, as it consists only of carbon and

hydrogen in formula (CH2-CH2) & can be recycled, Low

� PE Liners products by Abuljadayel factory for GRP &

HDPE Pipes provides concrete surfaces protection from

chemical and physical attack. PE Liner has good resistance

acids, alkaline solution & all kind of gases encounters in

sewers environments AJ-KST PE liner has excellent abrasion

resistance and very high impermeability. It has permanent

anchorage into concrete due to the shape of T rib. AJ-KST

Liners are produced in different thicknesses ranging from 1.5

to 10 mm and in different shapes (T-Lock and V-Lock) and
