RE: CEASE AND DESIST, WITHIN 3 DAYS, ON UNCSCIENTIFIC AND EXTREME COVID

POLICIES THAT ARE KILLING AND HARMING FILIPINOS AND DESTROYING THE COUNTRY (WITH NOTICE OF LIABILITY)

Greetings! We urge you. Know these facts, which carry serious liability for you, should you not cease and desist your current unscientific and extremely destructive Covid Policies. Here is a summary of the evidence. Details of scientific evidence and legal violations follow immediately below. In 2020:

• We had no excess deaths, proof that we had no health emergency. • All covid mandates imposed under the assumption that the health emergency is

real, are illegal. They need to be stopped immediately.

• Our natural immunity, not the lockdowns, protected us from a relatively harmless flu-like disease called COVID-19, which mostly attacked the elderly.

• Our immune system is 2,700% more protective than vaccine-induced immunity. In 2021:

• The world, including the Philippines, rolled out mass vaccination. • The covid vaccines are killing millions and harming hundreds of millions of people

worldwide. • These are not vaccines. They are deadly bioweapons. • Elements of the US and Chinese governments released them. • Conscious release of bioweapons (aka vaccines) is an Act of War. • Filipinos who force mass vaccinations and mandates are guilty of treason. • They will harm our people, military and police as well as our national security. • They obviously are not safe and effective. • The data from John Hopkins University clearly demonstrates that, globally, spikes in

infections and deaths occur shortly after vaccination. • The US DOD’s AI analysis of 5.6M vaccinated people is also empirically showing this. • Taiwan just announced that the vaccines have killed more of their citizens than

COVID-19 itself. (Annex O) • The government must stop all mass vaccinations especially of children and

teenagers who do not need them. According to CDC, These age groups have a 0.003% chance of dying.

With the vaccines, you are creating a real Pandemic of the Vaccinated.

• The vaccinated still get sick, hospitalized and die either with COVID-19 or the toxic spike proteins in vaccines.

• The vaccinated now dominate the numbers of the sick and the hospitalized. • The Delta variant is killing mostly the vaccinated because the vaccines destroyed the

natural immunity of the latter by an alarming 85%. • Furthermore, the vaccinated are creating dangerous variants. • The vaccinated transmit toxic spike proteins, which harm the unvaccinated. • Booster shots are both dangerous and useless. • The most vaccinated nations and places are now the sickest and most tragic. • The goal of the vaccines, herd immunity, will never be achieved. But natural

immunity will do the job. With vaccine failure, unscientific and inutile covid measures should not continue.

• Filipinos will continue to be seriously harmed and slaughtered. • Philippine society and its economy will go on collapsing. • Our children’s future will continue to be destroyed. • Filipinos will begin to push back and resist these extreme measures.

Meanwhile an increasing number of countries are now lifting their lockdowns and/or are treating COVID-19 like an endemic flu.

• They are rolling out safe treatments, including Ivermectin, big time. • India’s Uttar Pradesh region, with over 240 million people, is using Ivermectin. • For all practical purposes, Uttar Pradesh is now Covid-free. • Focused protection, safe early treatments, and strengthened natural immunity are

all pointing the way out. • Simultaneously hundreds of thousands of doctors, scientists, and medical

practitioners are pushing back. • They are joining forces with hundreds of millions of citizens worldwide to stop the

false pandemic narrative and restore a real free and healthy normal. You may not have heard of these dramatic developments above.

• The mainstream media are spewing disinformation and censorship.1 • Social media now bans any alternative perspective on vaccines. • Mainstream and social media are protecting their huge investments in vaccine

companies. They are not interested in our health, but in control and profit. • Prestigious scientific journals and medical societies participate in the fraud. • The WHO, CDC, FDA are controlled by big pharmaceutical and other interests.

Political leaders worldwide are publicly justifying their draconian policies as part of the “New World Order” and the “Great Reset” of planetary civilization.2

• Global depopulation is one “New Normal” agenda of the Great Reset. • So if the vaccines are killing millions, then these injections are doing their job as

designed by the “New World Order”.

- O - Given these tragic developments, we, the undersigned concerned Filipinos and organizations, which individuals, members, supporters and sympathizers number in the hundreds of thousands, in response to the unconstitutional, unscientific and extreme covid policies imposed by the government and for which its implementation is actively participated by your office, depose and state the following:

1. That we are asking you to cease and desist from implementing and participating in the implementation of the unconstitutional, unscientific and abusive covid mandates and policies on the nation and to immediately and effectively stop the

mass roll out of the vaccinations that are killing thousands and harming millions of Filipinos; (Annex A.)

a. That we are asking you to examine the reality that several independent studies, including from Harvard University, US Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services whistleblowers, and independent scientists who testified before and successfully convinced an advisory committee of the US FDA not to approve booster shots, of the deaths and adverse effects in the U.S. alone number anywhere between 15,937 to 1,593,700 deaths and 551,172 to 55,117,200 injuries. (Annexes B and D.)

b. That, because of equally serious deaths and injuries in Europe, you take note that top virologists, doctors, and scientists recently signed, in full view of over 100 million viewers per day, the Rome Declaration to stop all vaccinations immediately. (Annex C.)

c. That your policies and mandates have transformed a relatively harmless disease with a death rate similar to the common flu and producing no excess deaths in 2020, into an Epidemic of the Vaccinated where infections and deaths are dramatically increasing. (Annex D.)

2. That these protocols are unconstitutional and are violative of the constitutional

rights of the Filipinos and are being abused by the government and its implementors:

a. That the right to life enshrined in Article II. Section 11 and Article III Sec. 1

of the 1987 Constitution is primary against all government regulation. Even in cases of public health emergencies, the right to life cannot be set aside and must always prevail and be respected especially when the policies imposed will endanger the life of an individual. Coercion is being committed by public officials, its agents and even private employers against those who do not want to be inoculated.

b. That the equal protection of the law under Art III Sec. 1 is likewise violated as these protocols have made distinctions between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals. Under the equal protection clause, citizens under the same situation must be treated equally and whenever distinctions has to be made, such distinction must be germane to the purpose of the law. Under protocols currently imposed, distinction between vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals have been made in consideration of the propensity to transmit and infect the virus to others. Unvaccinated individuals are denied access to both government and private services. However such distinction is not relevant to the purpose that the government wants to achieve as both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals are both prone to contracting the Covid-19 virus and may equally transmit the same virus to others, and in fact, data

has shown that vaccinated individuals are more susceptible to getting infected and have been spreading the virus more than the unvaccinated individuals; (See Annex D.)

c. That Sec. II Art. 15 mandates the State to protect and promote the health of the people is being violated as well. By not presenting the actual data on the number deaths caused by the vaccine, by not investigating on the misdeclarations by the hospitals who are incentivized by the amount of PhilHealth claims they can get from Covid patients, that the number of covid infections have been manipulated and in turn created panic to the Filipinos. In addition, experts and doctors with opposing view have been shut down by the government instead of fostering dialogue in order to identify the true danger of the vaccines and the protocols to the health of the Filipinos. These information are necessary for the Filipinos to make the right decision on being inoculated or not, to determine if they are really willing to risk their lives and not be deceived on believing that the vaccines are not dangerous and that they are actually participating in an experiment;

d. That, further, Sec. II Art. 15 is violated by the total disregard and

destruction of our immune system which science has shown to be 2,700% more protective than the covid vaccines which latter destroy this amazing power of natural immunity protection by as much as 85%. (See Annex E.)

e. That in addition to the issue cited above, there is also a violation of the same constitutional provision and of the Republic Act 11525 because there is also a failure to monitor those vaccinated individuals who suffered from adverse effects of the vaccine. Vaccinated individuals who got sick and died are not reported properly to the Filipinos, the National Adverse Event Following Inoculation Committee and Regional Adverse Event Following Inoculation Committee have failed to monitor and report these individuals however important such information may be to the general public.

f. That Article XIV, Section 1 of the Philippine Constitution instructs the

state to “protect and promote” quality education at all levels and that Article XV, Section 3.2. of our Constitution grants children the right to proper care and nutrition and protection from all forms of “neglect, abuse, cruelty, exploitation, and other conditions prejudicial to their development”. Throughout the lockdowns, the government has done the total opposite, resulting in low quality digital education, fostering digital apartheid, damaging the neurological development of children with mandatory facemasks, lowering the IQs of children, and subjecting them to other forms of physical, emotional, mental, and social abuse. (See Annex F.)

g. That Article II, Section 11 of the Constitution values the dignity and guarantees the full respect of human rights; and further that Article II, Section 15 commands the State to protect and promote the health and health consciousness of the people; yet the government has made a mockery of these constitutional rights by forcing people to wear face masks which has no scientific justification and has instead become an instrument of instilling fear which shuts down our powerful protective immune system; a symbol of and a training of submission to illicit authority; an instrument of further eroding one’s health; and an overall instrument of disrespecting human rights and health. (See Annex G)

h. That the Bill of Rights as found in Article III, Section 2 and 3, clearly spell

out the rights of people to be secure, among others, in their person and their privacy of communication shall be inviolable; yet government willfully violates these constitutional provisions by unreasonably and forcibly going against the unjustified restraint provision contained in Section 2 by requiring a QR code or contact tracing form to be filled up before entering into a public place like a supermarket as well as renders Section 3 useless by imposing privacy-violating requirements like QR codes which can track one 24/7. (Annex H.)The Constitution allows an exemption to Section 3 when public safety is to be protected. This exemption does not apply in the present case as there is no national health emergency. (See Annex I.)

3. That, aside from being unconstitutional, these protocols violate the laws of the

Philippines and are instruments of aggressive abuse on the Filipino people by the government and its implementors, to wit:

a. That Section 105 of the Local Government Code is violated because this

law allows the national government a cumulative total of only 6 months to impose a real national health emergency but we are already into our 18th month of lockdowns; and that further the science and the facts are demonstrating that we do not have a real national health emergency. We never locked down because of pneumonia deaths which, for the last five years, averaged 56,000 deaths or around 600% more than the COVID-19 deaths reported by the DOH in 2020. (See Annex I.)

b. That, on top of all these, the government is violating Executive Order 121,

Series 2020, Section 2, by injecting millions of Filipinos with experimental vaccines that have not been approved by regulatory agencies anywhere. These vaccines only have Emergency Use Authorization. According to EO 121, these EUAs can only be given if: a) we have a genuine health emergency, as is the preamble and context of EO 121 and which we do not have (Annex I); b) the vaccine is believed to be effective in preventing or treating infection, which it does not (Annexes A and D); c) that the benefits outweigh the risks, which is not the case (Annex A); and d) the EUAs cannot be given if there are effective alternative remedies which we

have including Ivermectin, among others. The DOH has allowed doctors to prescribe Ivermectin to their patients (Annex N). The existing EUAs for the vaccines are clearly illegal and to be withdrawn. (See Annex J.)

c. That, many grave coercive mandates that the national and local governments have issued regarding business owners, employees, granular lockdowns, transportation owners, transportation users, checkpoints, schools, students, and others violate the Constitutional guarantee of Right to Life under Article II, Section 11 and Article III, Section 1, constitute forms of grave coercion and are thus criminal acts and are punishable under Article 286 of the Revised Penal Code, Republic Act 3815; and that, furthermore, mandatory vaccinations that are becoming widespread de facto are in violation of R.A. 11525, Section 12 which explicitly states vaccine cards shall not be considered mandatory in education, employment, and other similar government transactions. Why indeed should we be forcing these vaccines when these medical instruments are, in reality, highly deadly toxic bioweapons. (See Annex K.)

4. That these Covid mandates and protocols are unscientific and will not protect the

population and are dangerous to the Filipinos and are currently causing thousands of deaths and millions of suffering; (See Annex A.)

a. That the available tests are unreliable and have led to thousands of false positives that have exaggerated the number of cases and deaths due to covid infection which have created fear in the minds of the Filipinos; (See Annex L.)

b. That Sec. 2 Paragraph (c) of Republic Act 11525 have recognized the experimental nature of the vaccine but despite this, the government and with your participation, have been pushing for the roll out of these vaccines are misrepresenting the ‘safety’ of the vaccines, deceiving the Filipinos by not informing them that they are being experimented on; (See Annexes A and J)

c. That the number of deaths due to the vaccines have been downplayed

and denied by the government and the Mainstream Media and in fact, the committees monitoring the National/Regional After Events Following Immunization Committees (NAEFIC/ RAEFIC) have not been monitoring the vaccinated individuals which, technically, should be under surveillance for the next two (2) years following inoculation;

d. That the existence of a national health emergency is not proven by

science and appear to just be part of a fear propaganda: (See Annex I for i. and iii. below.)

i. The RITM has admitted that they have no data on the isolated and identified virus which should stand behind the tests being employed.

ii. DOH authorized the use of highly inaccurate and misleading tests which the US CDC has now deemed to be replaced after 31 December 2021. [Annex L.)

iii. Authorities have exaggerated the number of Covid deaths that created this “emergency” in the minds of the public.

e. That the mass vaccinations are creating the real epidemic of the

vaccinated: (Annex D) i. The vaccines are not safe despite the contrary claims of the DOH

ii. In addition, vaccines are not effective. In fact, data shows that Covid-19 infections and death surge in many countries after implementing mass vaccinations; In fact, the goal to achieve herd immunity is not true as those countries who have high vaccination rates of their population did not achieve herd immunity, contrary to the said “goals” their population are now suffering from greater infection among their people; (Annex D)

iii. Vaccines are a threat to our national security. Considering that many of the military and the police have been inoculated, the deadly effects of the vaccine opens the Philippine territory to possible attacks from terrorist and foreign invaders;

f. Scientist now understand the Mechanisms of Injury (MOI) of the vaccines. The put it more clearly, the vaccines have been designed to injure individuals that are to be vaccinated. (Annex M.)

i. The Toxic Spike Proteins (TSP) can damage all organs of the body. ii. The Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE) promises to kill

most of the vaccinated; iii. Body as Vaccine Factory results when the bodies of the vaccinated

become spike protein factories by design and their own immune system will gradually attack and destroy them;

iv. Scientist have now identified around 40 Mechanisms of Injury (MOI).

g. And, worst of all, it has now been aptly demonstrated by science and the contents of Fauci emails and documents that the vaccines are in reality, bioweapons, a product of Gain of Function (GoF) research, and consciously designed to infect and kill humans, including Filipinos, to the various Mechanisms of Injury. (Annex K.)

5. Your apparent lack of knowledge of these massively important developments

may be making you all mere pawns of a malevolent global power network.3 They intend to control the world thru false pandemics and digital vaccine IDs.4

(See also Annex H) No wonder global covid mandates, while highly unscientific, irrational and fraudulent,5 are imposed on billions.

6. We are in the midst of multi-dimensional war. It is treasonous to surrender our national sovereignty and fate to a foreign power.6 Together, we have to resist and respond forcefully and strategically.

7. That considering all that is said above and the implementation of the vaccine roll-outs as well as the abusive execution of the protocols as well as the grave coercions done to individuals just to pressure them to be vaccinated, these all amount to a jumble of criminal activities to which you are currently engaging through either your policies or participation. The violation of the constitutional rights of the Filipinos will also make you liable for damages and when the truth comes to light, the Filipino people will hold you criminally, civilly and administratively liable.

WHEREFORE, we are asking you to cease and desist from implementing the vaccination roll-out and from advertising the vaccines as safe and necessary for the survival of the country when science and evidence are proving it otherwise. We likewise ask you to stop participating in the perpetuation of this crisis.

ANNEX A:

Deaths and Adverse Events, Philippines Figure 1 and Figure 2 below give a full overview of the daily cases and daily deaths in the Philippines.7 Both indicators experienced a marked increase in cases and deaths after the roll out of mass vaccination on 01 March 2021.

This is alarming. In 2020, the Philippines had no epidemic of COVID-19 as revealed by the Philippine Statistics Authority. (Annex I below.) In comparison, Figures 1 and 2 are indicating that the Philippines is also experiencing a Pandemic of the Vaccinated. This will be treated more fully in Annex D below. Meanwhile, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently revealed that, out of 62,294 reported cases, the Covid vaccines may have killed 978 and seriously harmed 2,597 Filipinos. In addition, there are 1,581 breakthrough cases, technically defined as cases of infection despite being vaccinated. This information is found in the FDA’s Reports of Suspected Adverse Reaction to COVID-19 Vaccines (01 March to 26 September 2021.8 These figures for deaths and adverse events are mostly likely inaccurate and under-reported. In the 17 September 2021 virtual meeting of the US FDA Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee, Steve Kirsch, Executive Director of the Covid 19 Early Treatment Fund, shared a bombshell testimony. Steve Hirsch, synthesizing the work of other scientists from the US and other countries, warned the US FDA that the death figures are 411 per one million doses injected. For the US, this translates to 150,000 deaths.9 For the Philippines, with its 43,933,886 administered doses,10 this points to approximately 17,673 deaths from the Covid vaccines. But this higher death estimate may, in turn, still be an underestimation. CDC commissioned a team of researchers from Harvard University to examine the accuracy of its Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). The VAERS database is one of the world’s most used vaccine adverse effects reporting system. The researchers discovered that VAERS contains less than 1% of the actual vaccine adverse events.11 It is reasonable to assume that, generally, the covid vaccines used in the US and elsewhere have the same pharmacological properties as the ones being used in the Philippines. After all, the Philippine FDA uses US FDA and CDC data and EUAs for its decision-making.12 Thus, it is quite possible that, using the Harvard estimates, there are already 97,800 deaths and 259,700 serious injuries due to the covid vaccines in the Philippines. Whatever the real actual figures will ultimately be will never be known. There is an inherent defect in the way deaths are being reported. The key point, however, is that there are very large numbers of people dying from the covid vaccine.

If the lower 17,673 estimate were accurate, then this would mean a death rate from vaccines that are already 191% greater than the 9,244 Filipinos who, according to DOH, died of COVID-19 in 2020.13 If the higher figure of 97,800 deaths were true, then this would be over 1000% or 10X greater than the covid deaths in 2020. Figure 3 below is very disturbing to note in this context. Whatever the real death numbers are, one thing is clear. These covid vaccines are killers. From 1990 to 2020, the number for all vaccine deaths reported in VAERS totaled 9,001. Compare this with the VAERS data for covid vaccine deaths alone from December 2020 to September 10, 2021, which totaled 14,925.14 Note how all covid vaccine deaths alone for 10 months of covid vaccine rollouts already surpass the total amount of all vaccines deaths from 1990 to 2020, the last thirty (30) years!

Figure 3 All Deaths Reported Yearly to VAERS Since 199015 Yet, the Philippine FDA continues to ignore the massive looming global crisis with covid vaccines failures and deaths. FDA seems to inhabit a world of its own. In page 2 of its Report cited above, FDA states: “Symptoms or diseases that occur after vaccination are reported if there is a suspicion of a possible link. However, it cannot be assumed that there is a causal relationship between the suspected adverse reaction and the vaccine.” FDA’s claim of no causal link between vaccinations and serious adverse reactions, including death, flies in the face of the science and global data. Among others, studies have shown that 57% of deaths occurred within 48 hours after vaccination.16 A whistleblower from the US Department of the Health and Human Services, the equivalent of the DOH of the USA, claimed in a written affidavit now used in a federal court case that 45,000 Americans have died within 3 days of taking the Covid vaccines.17

This solid research and whistleblower testimony totally demolish the incessantly repeated fiction of the Department of Health (DOH) that the covid vaccines are ‘safe and effective’. As of the most current report for September 26, FDA still considers the vaccines safe and effective. Furthermore, the FDA claims that: “Adverse reaction reports are necessary for the safety assessment of the vaccines, making sure that the benefits always outweigh the risks.” In its current assessment, FDA still holds the position that the benefits outweigh the risks. The FDA is out of touch with the current scientific discourse on the benefit/cost analysis of Covid vaccines. In the FDA advisory hearing referred to above, Hirsch showed evidence that the vaccines are killing more people than they save. Concretely, the vaccine is killing two people for every life it [presumably] saves. Recently, Hirsch has updated his data. See Image 1 below. Now he is demonstrating that the vaccines kill 15 people than 1 life it sav3es or 1500% more lives killed than the lives they are presumably saving.18 Hirsch has been inviting scientists from FDA, CDC, and others to prove to him and his scientific team that they are wrong. No one has taken up his challenge.

Table 1 comes from the famous Slide 16 of an FDA hearing in October 22, 2020, a few weeks before the FDA approved the covid vaccines.19 The Advisory Committee of FDA clearly

warned of many adverse effects that could affect the vaccine rollouts. FDA ignored the warnings of its own experts.

The key message of Table 2 is this. The vaccines may not kill one immediately. But it can give one serious adverse effects. These severe impacts can then also lead ultimately to death. Yet the US FDA ignored the warnings of their own experts. Since the Philippine FDA is dependent upon the scientific judgments of the US FDA, it has not kept detailed tracking of the above serious side effects. Or if it did, the data is not available to the general public. But in the sequence of its reports, the Philippine FDA has started including a number of serious side effects, which they had not done so earlier. These include: Guillain-Barré syndrome, anaphylaxis, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, capillary leak syndrome, myocarditis and pericarditis. But, as usual, the FDA is not truthful. They rate these serious adverse effects as “very rare”. Eight hundred (800) deaths from strokes are not rare! Nor are the 708 deaths from venous thromboembolism. The facts in Table 2 say the opposite. And they should now widen it to include the list of adverse impacts in Table 1 and Table 2. In conclusion, we have gone far beyond lies of safe and effectiveness and risk/benefit calculations. We are experimenting with peoples’ lives by mass distribution of experimental and deadly covid vaccines. Evidence is already coming in that 15 lives are being killed for every life saved.21 In the past, anywhere from 25 to 50 recorded deaths resulted in the removal of the vaccine from public use.22 Yet despite massive death counts of around the world, governments, including the Philippines, are still rolling out and forcing mass vaccinations. This makes no sense. This is a violation of our laws especially the Constitution. This mass murder should stop now!

These death figures vary due to the differing assumptions that govern the calculation of these numbers. But, for sure, the death numbers are much greater than the numbers being officially reported by VAERS. And these death numbers are clearly associated with the rollout of mass vaccination. Data from the Johns Hopkins University covid vaccine monitoring system show these very clearly.27 It is happening all over the world.

The US Department of Defense Salus Project involves a database of 5.6 million vaccinated people. Its results need further explanation. The number of vaccinated deaths, 3,220, looks small compared with the other covid vaccine death numbers. However, this is what definitional magic can do. The caveat here is that these numbers do not included most of the vaccinated that had died within 14 days. The CDC had scientifically, irrationally and fraudulently altered the definition of the unvaccinated to include those who have been fully vaccinated within 14 days. So in this study, the vaccinated consists only of all those vaccinated 14 days after their injection and excluded those fully vaccinated within 14 days. Recall that Annex A above showed that 57% of those who died from covid vaccines died within the first 48 hours. Furthermore, bring to mind that, in Annex A again, an HHS data analyst whistleblower from the US Department of Health and Human Service swore in an affidavit now being used in a federal court case that 45,000 people who died from covid vaccines died within 3 days. And now take a look at Figure 4 that drives home the same point that this vaccine is so deadly that most of those who die from it die within two weeks.

The CDC did a thoroughly unscientific and fraudulent desperate move. The CDC changed the definition of the unvaccinated to mean those who were fully vaccinated within the 14-day window of its artificial definition.29 So, if these fully vaccinated people died within 14 days, their death is

not counted in the official statistics. For the latter, they are labeled, using definitional magic, as unvaccinated. The implication here is that the DOD Salus results are underestimating the covid vaccine deaths. It does not capture all the data because the CDC fraudulently altered the definition of the unvaccinated and, in effect, hid the massive deaths of the vaccinated from the general public, the majority of who died within the first 14 days of vaccination. The DOD Salus Project using AI-powered data analysis, however, uncovered some amazing gems. Seventy-one percent (71%) of the vaccinated are re-infected (breakthrough cases). Sixty percent (60%) of the vaccinated end up in hospitals. The imperfect protection provided by covid vaccines wanes within 5-6 months. The vaccines are increasingly ineffective against the Delta variant. As a result, the vaccinated are getting infected and hospitalized in large numbers. It is also indicating that the dreaded deadly killer, antibody dependent enhancement (ADE) of covid vaccines, is starting to show itself. (See Annex M.) And best of all, the protective power of natural immunity is much better than the temporary artificial protection given by the covid vaccines. In the words of the DOD, “Prior COVID-19 infection has a major protective effect against breakthrough hospitalization.”30 Finally, as seen in Annex A, Table 1, FDA knew about serious side effects and ignored it. Now here is an urgent warning. Do not ignore these side effects. They are real, not rare as Philippine FDA says. They affect thousands. Table 4 below gives the proof.

The major conclusion here is that covid vaccines kill and the majority of people are dying within two weeks of vaccination. Vaccine deaths in the US are now anywhere between 45,000 to 1.4 million deaths. The vaccines are not effective. They are harming and hospitalizing people tens of thousands of people. Under these circumstances, it is totally irrational and purely coercive to force vaccine mandates, require booster shots, and force-vaccinate on anybody, let alone our children. The latter have very little chance of dying from COVID-19 but have a higher chance from getting killed from the kill shot (aka vaccines). See Annex F. These are crimes against humanity.

ANNEX C: Scientific Declarations to Stop Mass Vaccinations

In the wake of these revelations about deadly vaccines and mass suppression of sound and safe treatments and other more scientific approaches, more and more doctors and scientists are asking world governments to stop the lockdowns and mass vaccination rollouts, especially the mandatory vaccinations connected with these. Continuing with Covid mandates, where millions are being killed, would constitute crimes against humanity. The Rome Declaration, Image 2 below, is just the most recent and prominent of these declarations. During the three-day international summit of doctors, scientists, lawyers and professionals on September 2021, more than 100 million people viewed their proceedings leading up to their declaration.32

At the end, these scientists created the International Alliance of Physicians and Medical Scientists and issued the Physicians Declaration, Global Covid Summit, Rome, Italy. This was signed by many of the world’s medical scientists and now has over 10,700 doctors and scientists who have signed the declaration. The Summit emphasized that safe treatments for COVID-19 exist and that physicians must be free to use their expertise to make the necessary life-and-death medical decisions. Here are two very important resolutions that they advocated.

“RESOLVED, that the political intrusion into the practice of medicine and the physician/patient relationship must end. Physicians, and all health care providers, must be free to practice the art and science of medicine without fear of retribution, censorship, slander, or disciplinary action, including possible loss of licensure and hospital privileges, loss of insurance contracts and interference from government entities and organizations – which further prevent us from caring for patients in need. More than ever, the right and ability to exchange objective scientific findings, which further our understanding of disease, must be protected. [Emphasis added.] “RESOLVED, that physicians must defend their right to prescribe treatment, observing the tenet FIRST, DO NO HARM. Physicians shall not be restricted from prescribing safe and effective treatments. These restrictions continue to cause unnecessary sickness and death. The rights of patients, after being fully informed about the risks and benefits of each option, must be restored to receive those treatments.”33 The Rome Declaration echoes the Great Barrington Declaration that was crafted by three prominent scientists and has had the support of over 59,000 doctors, medical scientists, and other professional scientists, not to mention over 800,000 concerned citizens. See Image 2 below.

The Great Barrington declaration emphasized that the world was facing a relatively harmless virus whose Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) was basically just like a flu. It urged world government leaders to practice “focused protection” where medical interventions would pay most attention to those in society who are most vulnerable including the elderly and those who had co-morbidities.

6.6 Vaccines predispose the young to heart diseases. Vaccinating them absolutely makes no sense since this age group have a 99.997% survival rate versus COVID-19. (See Annex F for detailed scientific support for this statement.) 6.7. Big time vaccine promoter, Bill Gates, despite his track record of massively promoting deadly vaccines, is unrepentant. 7. The vaccinated are also more vulnerable to infection and death due to covid variants as compared with the vaccinated. 8. Worst, the vaccinated become the host for the creation of variants.

Asymptomatic Carriers a Myth; Covid-recovered Do Not Need a Vaccine Four scientific facts will immediately set the tone for this section. First, our human immune system has 2,700% more protective power than vaccine-induced immunity.38 Second, vaccines destroy the power of our immune system by as much as 5 to 6 times or about 85% of its original power.39 Third, the fear of asymptomatic spreading of COVID-19 is a myth.40 Those who test positive for COVID-19 but do not have symptoms are not carriers of the disease. Their powerful immune system has neutralized the putative virus carrying the disease. Fourth, those who have naturally recovered from a covid-infection (covid-recovered) do not need the vaccine.41 Now we can understand why the DOD Project Salus AI report, based on AI analytics of raw data of 5.6 million Medicare submissions, said: “Prior COVID-19 infection has a major protective effect against breakthrough hospitalization.”42 Immediately one can say that our immune system is more than sufficient to deal with a disease that is similar in lethality to flu. Many scientific studies are showing that our adaptive immune system has the capacity to evolve as the viruses themselves are mutating. This evolutionary capability resides in our cellular immunity, especially our B-cells and our T-cells. Both have the capacity to have a memory of a previous encounter with any virus. This results in the creation of memory B-cells and memory T-cells. Both also have reserve cells that enable both cells to mutate and evolve to keep up with the continuous production of variants of different viral diseases including Covid-19.43 Just think of this. If we had encountered the original SARS virus, our B and T-cells still remember that encounter. So when SARS-CoV-2 came along, many people had immunity to SARS-CoV-2. This is known as cross-immunity. And this is responsible for the phenomenon of asymptomatics.44 It is interesting to note that the original SARS virus (SARS-CoV) and SARS-CoV-2 have a similarity in their genetic sequences of around 79.5-83.3%, depending on the criteria one uses. This is the result of a sophisticated scientific study entitled, “ Comparative analyses of SAR-CoV2 genomes from different geographical locations and other coronavirus family genomes reveals unique features potentially consequential to host-virus interaction and pathogenesis”.45 Here is the relevant quote from the research. “From the variation analysis using Genome Detective Coronavirus Subtyping tool, it is found that SARS-CoV2 shares 79.5772 % nucleotide and 83.3672 % amino acid identity with SARS-CoV genome.” So there is a difference of around 21% between the two viruses. Yet our immune system could still effectively respond to SARS-CoV-2 if it had previous encountered the original SARS virus close to 20 years ago. This is definitely long-term, durable immunity.46 Now the Delta variant of SARS-CoV-2 has 15 to 17 mutations in its nucleotides.47 The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) defines mutations as changes in the sequence of the nucleotides.48 Now, if we compare this with the 29,811 nucleotides49 of the putative

original SARS-CoV-2 from Wuhan, then we can say that the Delta variant is 99.94% similar to the original Covid-19 virus. Put another way, the difference between SARS-CoV-2 and its variants is only around 0.057%.50 Therefore, if our immune system successfully fought off a genuine infection of the putative COVID-19 virus, it can easily fight off variants based on its capability of pattern recognition.51 We must also understand the power of our killer T-cells. When all defenses fail (including from our antibodies and the B-cells themselves), our helper T-cells will mark the viral invader for an attack, and our killer T-cells will move in to destroy any human cell infected with the virus.52 Every time one looks at the details of how our immune system works, one is in awe as to what it can do to protect us. ANNEX G:

Facemask Mandates Are Unscientific And Dangerous The science supporting the widespread obligatory use of facemasks does not exist. On the contrary, there is massive scientific evidence that facemasks do not work. In addition, prolonged wearing of facemasks can make the person sick or damage certain organs of their body. The size of the putative corona virus is anywhere from 60 nanometers (nm) to 125 nanometers56 or 140 nanometers (nm).57 The sizes of the micro pores of the cloth masks (CM) range from 80,000 to 500,000 nm.58 Assuming an average of 100 nanometers for the putative virus, the size of the pores in the CM is at least anywhere from 800 to 5,000 times larger than the putative virus. The virus can easily enter one’s nostrils should one be breathing in an atmosphere with high viral load. In effect, the cloth masks which people wear everywhere are basically useless. These do not protect the wearers from infection. Thus, a whistle blower from the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) had this to say about cloth masks (CM). “So what that means when it comes to masks and … the homemade cloth masks in particular...they do literally nothing to protect you from disease transmission."59 On top of this, the constant washing and drying of CMs are destroying the micro pores of these cloth masks. After the 4th cycle of washing and drying, the “pore sizes and micro filters do not work as well.”60 The size of the smallest pores of the usual surgical facemasks commonly used is 20,000 nm.61 The pore size of its outer layers is as big as 100,000 nm. But paying attention only to the smallest pore size of 20,000 nanometers, one can see that this pore size is 200 times larger than the size of the putative virus. This kind of mask also does not work to stop infection from the putative virus. The micro pore size of the N95 facemasks is similar to facemasks, 20,000 nm. But the N95 mask has the advantage of a stronger electrostatic particle filtering mechanism. This gives

the N95 masks a particle filtering efficiency (PFE) of 95% versus the much lower PFE of the surgical masks.62 Unfortunately the vast majority of people in the world use cloth or surgical masks. And they are very poorly protected. And even the N95 masks, if not worn properly, will not be able to do the job. Given this background, it is understandable why the WHO has admitted that the quality of scientific evidence supporting facemasks is low. Here is a screenshot (Image 3) of what it actually says about facemasks in its guidelines: “Non-pharmaceutical public health measures for mitigating the risk and impact of epidemic and pandemic influenza.”63

Incredibly, despite no science standing behind it, the WHO nonetheless recommends the use of the facemask on the basis of a theoretical consideration the possibility of “mechanistic” obstruction of the virus from the facemasks. And this is the global institution that is supposed to guide us all? It cannot even justify its science! Given the actual pore sizes of the masks as compared with the putative virus, we discover that most large-scale scientific studies do not confirm the value of wearing a facemask. The US CDC’s massive study on facemasks only showed a mere 1.8% benefitted from wearing the mask for 100 days.64 On the contrary, a statistical sampling of 10,000,000 million people from Denmark showed that the facemasks do not work. 65 The earlier studies were already showing this. The CDC’s own study on the impact of facemasks on the transmission of the flu showed no significant reduction with the use of facemasks.66

Another CDC study revealed that 85% of those who were outpatients in health care facilities from COVID-19 infection wore facemasks often (14.4%) or always (70.6%).67 Even Fauci himself is not very particular about wearing a mask. Here is what he said in an October 29, 2020 interview with CBS 60 Minutes, a prime time show in the US. "Right now in the United States, people should not be walking around with masks ... There's no reason to be walking around with a mask. When you're in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better and it might even block a droplet, but it's not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And often there are unintended consequences."68 Instead, facemasks can worsen a person’s health. It can cause permanent neurological damage, among other health issues.69 Here is a longer lists of health issues that continuous mask wearing can bring. The following is a meta-study several months ago that was published by the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. It was written by several German researchers and was released to the public on April 20, 2021. Dubbed as a “first-of-its-kind literature review”, the team conducted a comprehensive investigation on the adverse health effects of masks. According to the team, their work was designed to “provide a first, rapid, scientific presentation of general mandatory mask use by focusing on the possible adverse medical effects of masks, especially in certain diagnostic, patient, and user groups”. The study included a review of 65 studies on the effects of mask use, 44 of which are experimental. The researchers found recurring patterns of health issues associated with mask wearers. They coined the term mask-induced exhaustion syndrome (MIES) to refer to the “recurrent and uniform presentation” of “psychological and physical deterioration” among mask wearers. Some of the recorded symptoms include an increase in breathing resistance, increase in blood carbon dioxide, decrease in blood oxygen saturation, decrease in cardiopulmonary capacity, feeling of exhaustion, difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath, headache, dizziness, decrease in empathy perception, and impaired skin barrier function with acne, itching, and skin lesions, among others. The researchers note that the studies included in their meta-review have been conducted among healthy people. This implies that symptoms of prolonged use of facemasks among sick people could be worse.70

There are other psychological issues connected with mask mandates in school. Forbes magazine revealed that masks could cause trauma for millions of children, especially from low-income family.71 Because of the clear scientific evidence that masks do not work, some countries including Sweden do not have mask mandates.72 Courts and universities are also banning mask mandates.73 The purveyors of the science-deficit mask mandates are not too happy with these development. They have harassed the judge who removed the mask mandates in Weimar for children.74 Truly, if it has now become a crime for judges to prevent the harm done on children by mask mandates, then surely it is clear that those who aggressively promote their mask mandates have no science to support it. They only have their bankrupt totalitarian nature to demonstrate to the world at large.

QR Codes and Contact Tracing Are Illegal They Violate Our Constitutional Rights to Privacy

Not About Health But About Surveillance and Control In the past 18 months, we have seen many political leaders warning that the lockdown will not be lifted and we will not have our usual liberties back unless we have the necessary vaccines. One very prominent voice that has articulated that point of view is Bill Gates. In his own blog page, he writes the following: “If in the spring of 2021 people are going to big public events—like a game or concert in a stadium—it will be because we have a miraculous treatment that made people feel confident about going out again. … If our best treatments reduce the deaths by less than 95 percent, then we will still need a vaccine before we can go back to normal.”75 Well, it looks like this will never end. The “miraculous treatments” (aka vaccines) are not only a massive failure but extremely dangerous as seen in Annexes A, B, and D. We will never go back to the way of life we used to have. For there is another agenda attached to mass vaccination. Heed this warning from Israel, one of the most vaccinated nations on earth.76 The vaccines are wreaking havoc there, with most of the infected and dead coming from those who are vaccinated. 77 Yet, instead of looking for a better solution, they are intensifying their vaccination drive. They have instituted new rounds of booster shots.78 The Israel vaccine czar warned citizens they need to prepare for fourth injections, saying, ‘This is our life from now on79 Israel is the perfect example of the famous quote: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results”.80 But Israel did achieve one thing with their massive vaccination drive: the parallel large -scale rollout of its vaccine passport, the Green Pass. Here are two quotes. One is from the Health Minister of Israel. And the other is from a leading Israeli newspaper. Both clearly demonstrate that this entire procedure is not about health but about control.

According to Vision Times, “Israel’s Minister of Health told a peer in response to a question about the country’s Green Pass vaccine passport that the country’s pandemic problem is attributable to the unvaccinated and the purpose of the passport system is simply to pressure citizens into vaccine acceptance.”81 The exact words of the Health Minister are even more revealing: ‘there is no medical or epidemiological justification for the Covid passport, it is only intended to pressure the unvaccinated to vaccinate’.82 (Emphasis added.) So if the covid passport is not working, because the vaccines do not only work [but are also deadly], what then is its purpose? The next quote will give us the answer. “Israel became on Sunday [03 October 2021] the first country in the world to no longer provide its vaccination certificate, known locally as the Green Pass, to citizens who had received their second vaccine dose more than six months ago – a move that reflects growing recognition of the vaccine's waning immunity over time and the need for booster shots to maintain high levels of protection against COVID. …. The loss of their Green Pass certificates will prevent them from fully participating in social and commercial activities across the country.”83 [Emphasis added.] Harvard epidemiologist, Dr. Martin Kuldorff agrees with the Israeli Health Minister. New scientific findings in the science of immunology demolish the case for vaccine passports because the human immune system gives 27x more protection from COVID-19 than vaccines.84 (See also Annex E above for more details on the amazing powers of our immune system to overcome the putative virus and its variants.) But such scientific considerations do not matter if one’s agenda is to control how its citizens behave. This is best exemplified by Australia where, basically, medical martial law prevails. South Australia has pioneered a Quarantining App that combines facial and geo-location technology for tracking individuals. The app monitors whether citizens comply with stay-at-home quarantine orders by contacting them at completely random hours and asking them to provide their proof of location within 15 minutes of being notified. When the individual fails to respond, the local police department will be sent to follow up in person.85 But the pinnacle of all these control schemes is China. We all know about its social credit system, which leads to total control of its citizens, treating them like rats in a Skinnerian carrot-stick behavior modification system. China already had this total surveillance in place even before the covid scamdemic.

But now it has had an even greater pretext, the covid excuse, to spy on the lives its citizens even more intensely. And it is not satisfied with China. It wants to be the world’s gold standard in “vaccine passports”.86 Of course we all know to what dystopian world this will all lead us all to. To achieve control, one has to have a tracking system. This can either be in the form of an App like the Australian system. Or it can come in the form of a QR code that is found in practically most smart phones. Most people understand what Apps can do. But most do not understand what a QR code can do and the role that it can play in Contact Tracing and vaccination passports. One needs to take look at the QR code to fully understand what is at stake and how it will be achieved. The most important thing to understand is that the use of the QR Code when entering the airport, the restaurant and any other establishment is that one is making oneself vulnerable to increased tracking. One is tracked not only by the designer of the QR code but also by other third parties who use cookies to track your behavior. All sorts of unseen parties are now privy to your data and your geo-location as long as one’s cell phone is on. In short, one’s constitutional guarantee of privacy is lost.87 The Philippine did not initially announce that the vaccinations would mean mandatory vaccinations, vaccine IDs, contact tracing using the QR codes of smart phones, and vaccine passports. You begin to quickly realize that, with massive failure and dangers of the vaccines (Annexes A, B, and D), contact tracing through QR codes is not about one’s health but about control. But all these are only preparations. The real agenda is habituate billions to accept some form of vaccine passports in their life. Once people are habituated, the controllers will institute digital vaccine IDs, which will become the gateway for all kinds of other nefarious agenda to enter into one’s life after vaccination. China’s covid tracking system already works using digital passports. Here is a glimpse of how that looks like. The quote will be a bit lengthy but it is important for all to see where all these are going to under the pretext of a fake national health emergency. “Daily life in China follows a rhythm of digital check-ins, with the QR code—at offices, malls and transport hubs—an integral defense against COVID-19 that helps to track, trace and isolate patients. …. The digital health certificate extends that system by showing the holder's vaccine status and virus test results. “Users have to scan a QR code to get a ‘green’ pass in the health app, a common practice at most offices, restaurants, shopping malls, sports centres and transport stations.”

“The system is linked with the user's ID and phone number, and is used to track their contacts, assess their health risk, and display the results of any recent COVID-19 tests or vaccines. …. The nationwide app gathers geolocation data provided by phone operators, while other regional ones link to train and plane tickets, identity checks or screening tests. “Technically, the tracking app is not mandatory. But in reality, it has become impossible to move around China without it.” 88 No matter how gross this Chinese system is, it is a tracking device that is still outside the one’s physical body. This will be minimalist in comparison with plans to use the vaccine pretext to implant trackers inside our bodies. This more draconian next step is mixing nano-scale devices in the vaccines that can store data and track the movement of humans. Without these new vaccines, there will be no mobility and participation in societal activities, including economic transactions. People will be forced to accept this massive infringement on their freedom and human rights.89 Credible institutions are involved. One of them is the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. MIT is creating a technology like this. A dye in the form of nanocrystals called quantum dots, will enable this grotesque digital electronic trackers to become a reality. Vaccination will be used to deliver this specialized dye inside a human being. “The researchers showed that their new dye, which consists of nanocrystals called quantum dots, can remain for at least five years under the skin, where it emits near-infrared light that can be detected by a specially equipped smartphone”.90 ‘In areas where paper vaccination cards are often lost or do not exist at all, and electronic databases are unheard of, this technology could enable the rapid and anonymous detection of patient vaccination history to ensure that every child is vaccinated,’ says Kevin McHugh, a former MIT postdoc who is now an assistant professor of bioengineering at Rice University.91 If people refuse to accept this mandatory nano-device implantation with vaccination, the government will use police power to force people to be vaccinated and implanted with the device.92

The state will do this because, by not looking at the science and updated data, government leaders have brainwashed themselves and others to believe that unvaccinated people will be a health threat to society. The ignorant believe that vaccines will give them protection from an overblown viral danger and grant their lives some normalcy. Instead vaccine purveyors will lead them away from salvation into death93 and damnation, a trap in the form of massive and unrelenting surveillance and control. The short message of contact tracing and the use of vaccine passport apps and QR codes is what Thomas Jefferson understood a long time ago.

‘Those who are willing to give up their liberty for a promise of safety and security

deserve neither.’94

There Is No Epidemic, Thus No Health Emergency. Lockdowns Do Not Work

Mass Vaccination Creating a Pandemic of the Vaccinated The virus is not deadly. It is a relatively harmless virus. A national health emergency does not exist.

• The natural immune systems of 99.99% of Filipinos enabled them to survive the year-long attacks of COVID-19 even before the mass vaccinations started.95

• The Case Fatality Rate is low, has declined significantly for the last 9 months, and is currently hovering around 1.5% for months now.96 Compare this with the global CFR of 2%. This is nothing to be scared about.97

• But even this low death figure is bloated due to fraudulent reporting. o Many non-covid deaths in the Philippines were reported as COVID-19

deaths.98 o There were financial incentives to report normal deaths as COVID-19 deaths.

This amounted to around P700,000 per reported covid death.99 o This went on around the world including the US and Italy were real covid

deaths amounted to only 6% and 1% of media reported deaths.100 In Portugal, only 152 or 0.9% of 17,000 “verified deaths” were from COVID-19.101

• Despite this, there were no excess deaths from COVID-19 in 2020. o There were 10,755 less total deaths in 2020 as compared with the average

total deaths for the last five years (2015-2019).102

• The total of all deaths in 2020 was 575,875. COVID-19 deaths only accounted for 8,209 (1.43%) of total deaths.103

• Clearly, we did not nor do we currently have an epidemic; hence there is no need for a national health emergency.

• COVID-19 is not that deadly, especially when compared with other infectious diseases like pneumonia which, from 2015 to 2019, accounted, on average, for 56,830 deaths (9.7%) out of a total of 586,630 deaths. This is almost 9X as deadly as COVID-19.104

o Yet, the country never locked down every time cases of pneumonia spiked up.

• Many scientists consider COVID-19 deaths on the level of seasonal flu.105 o Its Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) is quite lower than flu for most ages.106 For

those above 70 years of age, the fatality rate is slightly higher than the flu. Yet, almost 95% of those in this age group survive if proper care is given.

• The manipulative media are highlighting the existence of more infectious variants of SARS-CoV-2.

o There is nothing to fear here.107 o The virus has been mutating since last year. There are hundreds of variants. o None, so far, is deadlier than the current SARS-CoV-2 virus. o Our immune system is more than capable of neutralizing these variants. It is

27x more protective than vaccine-induced immunity.108 See Annex E above. In reality, COVID-19 is a hoax, a scamdemic, a manufactured pandemic.109

• High numbers of cases published daily are fictitious. • Dr. Kary Mullis, Nobel Prize winner and inventor of the PCR, continuously warned

that the RT-PCR test should not be used for diagnostic purposes. • Most of the time, a positive test result does not mean one is infected. • And to be really infected does not mean one will die from COVID-19. • There are very effective and scientifically proven early treatment protocols, including

hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), Ivermectin, mega doses of Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc, and others.110

• Yet, these effective treatments were suppressed and censored to make it seem that vaccines are inevitable. Even Fauci lied about the effectiveness of HCQ and the highly regarded medical journal, The Lancet, published a fake study showing HCQ is dangerous.111

• Even assuming accurate counts, reported cases of high COVID-19 cases should not be the cause for alarm and fear.

• A vast majority of Filipinos who are infected, more than 95% eventually recover from COVID-19.112

Lockdowns do not work.113

• Scientific studies have shown no difference between countries that locked down and those who did not.114

• Instead they inflict great harm on people and society.115 • An increasing number of studies are giving a chilling picture of economic and societal

damage of lockdowns.116 • Lockdowns are throwing millions into joblessness, forcing more millions into poverty.

In the Philippines, the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) figures reveal that the lockdowns increased unemployment by 2.3 million, poverty by 4.5 million, and hunger by 23.7 million.117

• stunting the growth and development of untold millions of children, and spurring the rise of depression and suicides.118

• An increasing number of countries are finding lockdowns illegal or voluntarily lifting their lockdowns.119

Christian Peronne, as Chair of the French Specialist Committee for Communicable Diseases and the High Council on Public Health, advises the government’s public health and vaccination policies. This long time vaccine policy head sums up these findings on lockdowns as follows: “covid policy is ‘completely stupid’ and ‘unethical.120 In summary, there is no health emergency. Aside from being destructive, lockdowns have no legal basis to continue. To maintain an unscientific and harmful policy is to move closer to unleashing medical martial law on a suffering people. This has to stop immediately!

ANNEX J: All Four Conditions for Granting EUA are being Violated.

Presidential Executive Order 121, Series 2020, Section 2, stipulates four conditions in granting the EUA to the various vaccines that are now being used in the mass vaccination program of the Philippines. We will now show that the vaccines do not meet any of the 4 conditions for granting the EUA. FDA couched their cautionary approval of the vaccines in a language that the general public did not understand and the mainstream media gleefully spread without qualifications. Condition 1. Presumption of a Health Emergency EO 121 above clearly relies on the US FDA for its standards. Here is U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s comment on Pfizer (and Moderna) vaccines.121. “The Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) has declared a public health emergency that justifies the emergency use of drugs and biological products during the COVID-19 pandemic. In response, FDA has issued an EUA for the unapproved product, Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, for active immunization against COVID-19 in individuals 16 years of age and older.”[22] [Emphasis added.] This is a loaded statement. First, it assumes there is a “public health emergency”. As we saw in Annex I immediately above, there is none. Second, despite all the dangers inherent in these unproven COVID-19 vaccines122, this health emergency justified the issuance of an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for an “unapproved product”, in this case, the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine. Third, the product is unapproved because the safety trials are not completed and studies on the long-term adverse impacts of these vaccines are not being planned. Knowing the dangers involved, the FDA directed Pfizer-BioNTech to do the following: “In order to mitigate the risks of using this unapproved product under EUA and to optimize the potential benefit of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, the following items are required. Use of unapproved Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine for active immunization to prevent COVID-19 under this EUA is limited to the following (all requirements must be met): [Emphasis added.] “1. Pfizer-BioNTechCOVID-19 Vaccine is authorized for use in individuals 16 years of age and older.”

So, clearly there will be no vaccination of children and young teens. Technically this will complicate efforts to achieve collectively immunity if government authorities continue to believe that children are spreaders of COVID-19 and isolate them from the public. This is why they have locked down schools for almost a year now. In Annex E, we clearly showed that children are not super spreaders of COVID-19. “2. The vaccination provider must communicate to the individual receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine or their caregiver, information consistent with the “Fact Sheet for Recipients and Caregivers” prior to the individual receiving Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine.” [Emphasis added.] Here clearly is the requirement to inform vaccine recipient (which will be the general public) regarding the unapproved nature of the vaccine including its potential for serious adverse effects including death. There are an overwhelming number of reports to show that prior informed consent has been violated time and time again.123 Worst, government and corporations gave threats of mandatory vaccination and carried out this threat. Clearly this provision of prior informed consent of the EUA has been extensively violated. …. “5. The vaccination provider is responsible for responding to FDA requests for information about vaccine administration errors, adverse events, cases of MIS in adults and children, and cases of COVID-19 that result in hospitalization or death following administration of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to recipients.” The DOH has a mantra. Despite reports in their own system of deaths and adverse events,124 the DOH continued to claim that the vaccines are “safe and effective”.125 It looks like DOH wants to repeat history. A former Secretary of Health is now a defendant in the court case in the matter of hundreds of deaths and thousands of injuries caused by Dengvaxia, the vaccine that supposedly would cure dengue. DOH led the nationwide effort to inject tens of thousands of Filipinos with Dengvaxia. The Quezon City Regional Trial Court has already issued an arrest warrant against DOH Secretary Garin and vaccine manufacturer Sanofi.126 In its own tongue-in-cheek way, FDA, while giving an EUA to Pfizer-BioNTech, are warning vaccine takers that there are serious risks involved, including death.

A December 2020 study of the University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Medicine Center for Evidence Based Practice supports this FDA advisory. “There are no specific guidelines for use of messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines or contraindications to mRNA vaccines. …. No large trials of any mRNA vaccine have been completed yet. … Larger trials of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are in progress, with results expected in mid-2021. …. Direct evidence on the comparative safety of mRNA vaccines and other vaccines is lacking. “The only evidence on safety of mRNA vaccines comes from small phase I and phase II trials of SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, with follow-up typically less than two months. …. The rate and severity of adverse events appears to be higher for the second dose of vaccine than for the first. …. Higher vaccine doses appear to increase the rate and severity of adverse events.127 [Emphasis added.] Similarly, FDA has these disclaimers in connection with Moderna’s mRNA vaccine. “The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19. …. There is a remote chance that the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine could cause a severe allergic reaction. A severe allergic reaction would usually occur within a few minutes to one hour after getting a dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. …. These may not be all the possible side effects of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. Serious and unexpected side effects may occur. The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is still being studied in clinical trials. …. The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine has not undergone the same type of review as an FDA- approved or cleared product.”128 [Emphasis added.] Condition 2. Stop Infection or Transmission of COVID-19 Dr. Anthony Fauci, the top promoter of COVID-19 vaccines in the world, has this to say about the vaccines that are now finding their way inside the bodies of millions of Filipinos. He made these statements at Yahoo Finance’s All Markets Summit ‘The primary thing you want to do is that if people get infected, prevent them from getting sick (that is, remove the symptoms), and if you prevent them from getting sick, you will ultimately prevent them from getting seriously ill …’ ‘If the vaccine also allows you to prevent initial infection, that would be great. [But] what I would settle for, and all of my colleagues would settle for, is the primary endpoint to prevent clinically recognizable disease.’129

In plain language, the COVID-19 vaccines are, at best, designed to prevent symptoms, if they even do that. The vaccines are not designed to stop infections. One can still get infected and the infection can be transmitted to others. With the vaccines, one might turn into an asymptomatic carrier and be super spreaders of the disease, which is now happening.130 Even in this very limited use of COVID-19 vaccines, Fauci further predicted a 50 to 60 % effectiveness for the COVID-19 vaccines131, not the 95% efficacy ratings obtained in small scale Phase 1 and 2 trials as discussed above. Again this is playing itself out now.132 The Daily Mail Online correctly assessed the impact of the Fauci statements. “Fauci’s comments put a damper on America’s hopes that forthcoming vaccines will bring the pandemic to its knees, highlighting the ongoing importance of other infection prevention methods like masks and social distancing.”133[Emphasis added.] Sure enough, this is happening currently as media and countries begin to explain why herd immunity will not be achieved and lockdowns will continue.134 The astute research scientist, Dr. James Lyons-Weiler, gave an even more appropriate assessment of Fauci’s statements. He said: “Fauci just tanked the covid19 vaccine program – And no one noticed”135. pathogenic priming.” [Emphasis in original.] Annexes A, B, and D above show that this is happening now. “For all of the talk on ‘Immunity Cards’ and ‘Immunity ID’, such programs will fail. There is little reason to provide proof that you are vaccinated because if you are not immune and can still transmit SARS-CoV-[2], you’re a carrier and such programs will be futile.” [Emphasis in original.] …. Condition 3. Benefits Greater Than Risk We have shown extensively in Annexes A, B, and D that the risks are greater than the benefits. There is no need to repeat that evidence here except just to quote one sentence that captures the dangers of these vaccines: “The FDA is out of touch with the current scientific discourse on the benefit/cost analysis of Covid vaccines. In the FDA advisory hearing referred to above, Hirsch showed evidence that the vaccines are killing more people than they save. Concretely, the vaccine is killing two people for every life it [presumably] saves.” Updated date in Annex A, Image 1, shows that the kill rate is 15x greater for every life presumably saved. Condition 4. Safe and Effect Alternative Treatments to COVID-19 Do Not Exist There are powerful alternative treatments that are safe and effective. This is shown in great detail in Annex N. The EUA cannot therefore be given because there are safe and effective treatments that were and are currently available. One quote highlights the effectiveness of safe alternatives to the vaccines in the treatment of COVID-19. “Safe treatments, in conjunction with strengthening of our immune system, plus a focus of attention to vulnerable sectors in society, will render the need for lockdowns moot and academic. These include, among others, Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, especially when these are boosted with Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin D3. These have save the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. “Uttar Pradesh in India is one of the most inspiring examples of the power of early safe treatments to practically prevent 240 million people from getting infected with and suffering from COVID-19. Uttar Pradesh used Ivermectin as the safe treatment in their entire area of responsibility.”136 The population in this area is more than twice the size of the Philippines. There is no reason why the Philippines cannot do the same thing.

All the government has to do is to simply just match, better surpass, the almost fanatical drive to vaccinate most Filipinos as fast as possible but this time dispensing Ivermectin. The Vaccines are Bioweapons Instrument of a Global Control Agenda

From all what we have seen so far, two questions keep on pushing themselves into the foreground.

• Why are these vaccines so deadly? • Despite the known dangers and deaths, why are governments almost uniformly

trying to get these vaccines, by hook or by crook, into the bodies of billions around the world?

The answer to the first question is the focus of this Annex. The answer to the second question is found in the beginning pages of this document. The Vaccine is a Bioweapon The answer to the first question is that the kill shot is a bioweapon pretending to be a vaccine. Here are the facts. The Office of Disarmament Affairs of the United Nations defines a bioweapon and its societal impact as follows: “Biological weapons disseminate disease-causing organisms or toxins to harm or kill humans, animals or plants. They can be deadly and highly contagious. Diseases caused by such weapons would not confine themselves to national borders and could spread rapidly around the world. The consequences of the deliberate release of biological agents or toxins by state or non-state actors could be dramatic. In addition to the tragic loss of lives, such events could cause food shortages, environmental catastrophes, devastating economic loss, and widespread illness, fear and mistrust among the public. The Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) effectively prohibits the development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use of biological and toxin weapons. It was the first multilateral disarmament treaty banning an entire category of weapons of mass destruction (WMD).137 [Emphasis added.138] The prominent feature of all covid vaccines is the presence of the spike protein. There are other toxins, but we will focus on the spike protein. The Spike Protein, in itself, is Toxic Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology, has been repeatedly warning that the spike proteins are toxic in themselves, apart from the putative SARS-CoV-2

itself.139 He is not alone. The prestigious Salk Institute agrees with him. The institute warned that the spike proteins damages cells and causes serious vascular diseases, “even without the virus”.140 A pro-vaccine scientist, Dr. Bryam Bridle, was “shocked”. He now admits “spike protein is a dangerous toxin”.141 He never suspected this to be the case. Dr. Charles Hoffe of Canada has also demonstrated that these spike proteins are triggering the micro clotting of blood. Upon examination of a D-Dimer test, sixty-two percent (62%) of his vaccinated patients showed recent micro clotting. He warned that these micro clots are dangerous and can kill people. He is worried that people taking the vaccines will have a high probability of either dying or having permanent organ damage within three to five years or earlier, depending on a range of individualized factors.142 Not surprisingly, when some doctors finally had the chance to do autopsies on dead vaccinated patients, they were horrified. They found the toxic spike proteins “all over the body”.143 The Spike Protein is the Bioweapon delivered through the vaccine Let us now put together the mainstream UN definition of a bioweapon, the scientific characterization of the behavior of the spike protein, and the deaths and serious injuries happening in the world due to spike proteins in the vaccines. The conclusion is obvious. The spike protein in the vaccines is the bioweapon. Dr. Richard M. Fleming, who has three doctoral degrees and who is the author of a recently released book on Covid vaccines as a bioweapon, says it clearly. “… the very same spike protein being made in millions of people after the COVID-19 vaccines are injected into them … are nothing more than the genetic code of this bioweapon.”144(Emphasis added.) We need to understand that the spike proteins that have now found themselves in the vaccines, aka bioweapons, are not the same as those found in nature. As we shall see below, scientists from the US and China used Gain of Function (GoF) technology to radically altered the nature of the spike proteins, making the latter more infectious and deadly to humans. The US federal government, the Department of Defense of the US and the military of Communist China, Fauci’s NAIAD, the CDC, Big Pharma, Bill-Gates connected foundations – all funded, through time, different aspects of this GoF researches. This fact alone tells us that, in the end, the results of this research will be tragic for humanity. Gain of Function often involves the creation of a “chimera” or a new organism, which is a mixture of different organisms. For example, already in 2006, “using chimeric (Gain-of-Function) research”, Chinese scientists combined “parts of four different viruses into a single viral genome.” This viral genome is “in silico”. Not found in nature. It is a product of synthetic biology. It is important to know this because SARS-CoV-2 is a chimera, constructed ”in silico”. If people are familiar with GoF and chimeric research, they will not get shocked to find out that SARS-CoV-2 itself is an “in silico” virus. The CDC admits this. It wrote: “Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full-length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/μL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.”146 (Emphasis added.) In short, since the existence of SARS-CoV-2 has not been demonstrated until now, CDC constructed an ‘in silico’, a digital version of the virus. This then became the Certified Research Material (CRM) or “positive control” of RT-PCR tests used worldwide. SARS-CoV-2 is one in a long list of chimeric, “in silico” organisms which have not and may never be shown to exist in nature. Because its spike protein was engineered to increase human harm, the perpetrators of this criminal act will most likely never reveal the true nature of their chimera.147 In 2015, one important breakthrough in GoF research happened. Dr. Ralph Baric, a top global expert on GoF research involving coronaviruses, and Dr. Shi Zhengli-Li, China’s top GoF researcher, brought together the backbone of one virus and the spike protein of another virus. ”Using the SARS-CoV reverse genetics system, we generated and characterized a chimeric virus expressing the spike of bat coronavirus SHC014 in a mouse-adapted SARS-CoV backbone.”148

Reverse genetics involves the tampering with the genetic code of an organism to understand the role of a specific gene sequence on the phenotypic expression (traits) of the organism.149 Baric, while excited with their breakthrough, also said: “This virus is highly pathogenic, and treatments developed against the original SARS virus in 2002 and the ZMapp drugs used to fight Ebola fail to neutralize and control this particular virus.” Despite these words of caution and danger, the GoF juggernaut continued. Dr. Fleming then reveals something very important. ”In addition to combining the spike protein from one virus with the backbone of another virus, Baric and Zhengli-Li inserted (changed) four nucleotides”. The Smoking Gun consists of three new properties making the viral spike protein infectious and deadly to humans. I am aware that there are other manipulations of the spike protein that have been done. (See book of Dr. Fleming cited above.) But the following three will suffice for now.150 These are the three unusual features of the spike protein that point to its being a bioweapon produced by GoF research using genetic engineering. All unique features facilitate the entry of toxic viral genes into human cells and infect them. Here they are. Corresponding images are found in Images 5, 6, and 7 below. First, the Furin Cleavage Site (FCS) enhances docking of the spike protein in the receptors of cells. This is unique to SARS-CoV-2 when compared to its “clade” or natural group of betacoronaviruses. (Image 5) This smoking gun discovery has recently been confirmed by the leaked document from DRASTIC or Decentralized Radical Autonomous Search Team. There is a great emphasis there on the importance of the FCS and its unique features. This document describes how Fauci and co-conspirators wanted to do Gain of Function (GOF) research with Pentagon (DOD) support in order to ‘carry out advanced and dangerous human pathogenicity bat coronavirus research’.151 The study purportedly aimed to understand the risk to humans152 of such transfers of spike proteins from one species to another. The DOD rejected the

proposal but continued anyway through other sources of funding. Mainstream media, like Newsweek, now think it is scientifically plausible that the putative SARS-CoV-2 did not come from bats naturally but was created in the lab.153 And scientists are pointing to the FCS manipulation as evidence of this reality.154

Third, the codon sequence (CGG) in the R or arginine amino acid is geared for greater human infectivity. This is very rare in nature. (Image 7) (GoF) chimera experiments often use the CGG codon to create its arginine or R amino acid. Other nucleotide versions of arginine are CGT and CGC. However, the codon, CGG, is the best in terms of infecting human cells. Note how two such rare codons (CGG) can be found in R amino acids constituting the FCS in the viral spike proteins. Obviously, the genetic engineers in GoF experiments inserted the two RRs, with their CGG codons, in said toxin.

In summary, the spike proteins have a very, very unusual and rare property. It has a Furin Cleavage Site (FCS) at just right spot of the spike for maximal infection. The FCS also contains an unusual sequence (CGG) in its codons and a rare amino acid sequence (PRRA). The probability of the presence of these three unique properties of the spike proteins by natural evolution is highly unlikely. It is clear that these spike proteins were made by Gain of Function (GoF) research using genetic engineering. They were human-made in a lab setting. They did not come from bats as the world was made to believe in early 2020. Mainstream Media Exposing Fauci’s GoF Experiments at Wuhan For over a year, Anthony Fauci and his co-conspirators hid this GoF/bioweapon reality from the general public until the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) released over 3000 Fauci emails through a Freedom of Information request.155 His co-conspirators included the highly questionable funders reported above. Through the years, Fauci funneled millions of dollars to the military-supervised Wuhan Institute of Virology laboratory by way of the EcoHealth Alliance. A powerful coalition of mainstream quad media and prestigious scientific journals also lent their hands to the pandemic of censorship. The emails showed that Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook was involved. Even prestigious scientific journals including Lancet, Nature Medicine, and the Journal of the American Medical Association joined the manipulation. If you ever wondered why there was and is such a very heavy-handed media censorship imposed on the world, you now have one major reason for it. Can you imagine what would have erupted if the world knew about these scheming details and the cover-up during the height of the scamdemic? There are still at it today.156 The ICAN emails show that the early central figure in this criminal cover-up is Dr. Peter Daszak, head of the EcoHealth Alliance. He took the lead in drafting scientific opinion pieces in the early days of the scamdemic to issue supposed “scientific” denials of the lab leak origin theory of SARS-CoV-2.157 Despite all the evidence directly available from all his emails, Fauci has continued to deny the involvement of his NAIAD agency in GoF research in Wuhan. He even had the arrogance

to lie to and insult US Senator Rand Paul in an official Senate hearing in July 2021. He told the Senator that the latter did not know what he was talking about.158 Unfortunately for Fauci, his game is over. The Intercept news outlet just released another 900 pages of Fauci documents. The documents reinforce the ICAN emails that revealed Fauci was deeply involved in GoF research trying to create relatively harmless viruses into more pathological versions of it.159 As more of his fraudulent activities get exposed, Fauci is becoming unpopular. One non-statistically designed survey showed 98% of respondents want Fauci removed from his position.160 Atty. Thomas Renz sued Fauci as part of a larger lawsuit versus the Department of Health and Human Services for widespread violations of the law.161 Renz describes this lawsuit as: “This lawsuit throws the kitchen sink at the unethical collusion and marketing campaign of this deadly vaccine through Big Media, Big Tech, Big Pharma, and Big Gov, all to financially benefit globalist billionaires.”162 Conclusion: GoF clearly created toxic spike protein bioweapon Meanwhile, the world continues to suffer from Fauci’s dangerous scamdemic and the ill effects of the bioweapon he, and his criminal network, has unleashed. Some may say that all the FOI releases do not show this directly. But the massive circumstantial evidence, including the bio-engineered structure of the spike proteins, points to this reality. In addition, the very engineered structure of the toxic spike proteins is the smoking gun evidence immortalized, as seen above, in the very genetic components of the toxic spike proteins. As example of evidence, why did Fauci and his co-conspirators engage in a well-orchestrated year-long cover-up? The Fauci emails clearly show Fauci and his minions scrambling to protect the reality of the lab origins from reaching the public. Furthermore, without the GoF funding of Wuhan bio lab by Fauci and his bosses, there would have been no detailed knowledge about how spike protein genetic sequences can be transferred to other viruses to make the latter more infectious. And why did Dr. Li-Meng Yan, a prestigious virologist, risk her life to escape from the clutches of the Chinese Communist Party and expose the “unrestricted bioweapon” that was being made at the Wuhan lab. This “unrestricted bioweapon” is what we now know as SARS-CoV-2.

Before the Fauci emails became public this year, Dr. Li-Meng Yan exposed this bioweapon project at Wuhan in these memorable words:163 ‘The causative agent of COVID-19 is not a naturally occurring pathogen but an Unrestricted Bioweapon. (Emphasis added.) ‘It is a product of the bioweapons program of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) government, the network of which includes not only the CCP scientists but also certain overseas scientists and organizations. In her second Yan report, she emphasized that this bioweapon was deliberately released. In her words: “… the unleashing of the virus must be a planned execution rather than an accident”. It was an “operation executed by the CCP government”.164 (Emphasis in the original.) Dr. Yan sees the Fauci emails as a vindication of her warning. In addition, she also instructed scientists to look for the CCG codon, as this was the signature of the bioweapon. (See discussion above.) And she clearly showed this in her First Yan Report with the title, “Unusual Features of the SARS-CoV-2 Genome Suggesting Sophisticated Laboratory Modification Rather Than Natural Evolution and Delineation of its Probable Synthetic Route”.165 Thee discussion above is even less far-fetched now that a new document got translated from Chinese to English and released very recently. The Gateway Pundit released an exclusive story on how the Chinese military already saw the importance of using bioweapons as an instrument of war and even wrote about this in an article in 2005. It quoted the seemingly prophetic words of Colonel Guo Ji-wei of the Peoples Liberation Army.166 “Since war is an act of violence aiming at annihilating enemies or depriving them of resistant abilities, the modern biological techniques used for attack purposes have a more direct and precise target at humans than other methods, which will play a more important role in future military operations.” In 2013, Kun Huo, a student of Colonel Guo, translated this intention into an even more precise language.

‘This paper is the first to systematically put forward the thought of “non-lethal” biological warfare in which future war will focus on ultrastructural biological field and demonstrate scientifically the necessity and feasibility of the construction of “non-lethal” biological warfare.’ The spike protein of the putative SARS-CoV-2 is exactly that “non-lethal” bioweapon, meaning, not obvious, which has more stealth power and therefore can do more damage in the process without exposing who actually launched the bioweapon. This was the backdrop of the Gain of Function research going on at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, which was, as we saw above, under direct supervision by the Chinese military. The Gateway Pundit article captured the strategy with these words. “Such weapons would be highly contagious, but of low lethality and capable of being deployed under ‘pre-war’ conditions. Although artificially created, the new bioweapons would retain ‘plausible deniability,’ that is, could be attributed to a disease of natural origin. “Thus, spawned the PLA’s massive joint bioweapon development-vaccine production program, which incorporated China’s universities and their access to international knowledge and skills, particularly those from the United States.”167 The article concluded: “There should now be no doubt that China has had an active and extensive biological warfare program of which COVID-19 was one of its “biotechnological weapons”. We cannot just let a few people solve and address this case. There is an attempt to massacre humanity. It created a lot of false positives, produced massive fear even hysteria among the people, and resulted in the creation of many dubious, ineffective, repressive and illegal mandates and protocols. With this procedure the anomaly of the asymptomatic carrier was born, a blatant lie and a suppression of one of the more fundamental laws of immunology.168 For one who is very fearful to the point of paranoia, everyone is potentially a carrier and a spreader of COVID-19. This tragically resulted in the breaking of deep social bonds as test positive people were immediately equated as having been infected with the virus of COVID-19. Therefore they had to be isolated, avoided, or castigated. They became a pariah even among their loved ones. For all its massive impact in society, the RT-PCR tests are basically mostly worthless. First, the inventor of the PCR test itself, Dr. Kary Mullis, who won the Nobel Prize for this invention, insisted that his invention should not be used for diagnosis.169 It was never designed to do that. It would lead to the highly inaccurate results that it has done and is doing. The test is highly sensitive but not specific. It can magnify a single genetic segment trillions of times but would not necessarily determine for sure that this genetic segment belongs to the pathogen in question. In a YouTube interview, Dr. Zach Bush, a multidisciplinary medical doctor specializing in endocrinology and internal medicine, discussed a highly revealing study from Harvard. The detection of reverse-transcripted RNA fragments does not necessarily mean detection of the COVID-19 virus. Blood samples from 8,240 healthy individuals tested positive for at least 94 different viruses including 19 human DNA viruses, proviruses, and RNA viruses (“herpesviruses, anelloviruses, three polymaviruses, adenovirus, HIV, HTLV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, parvovirus B19, and influenza virus”). Forty-two (42%) of study participants had this test profile.170

This was the reason why a papaya and a goat tested positive for the putative COVID-19 virus. This was the reason why the late President of Tanzania, did not lock down his country.171 Second, it removed the physician out of the process. In a normal healthy medical process, the physician looks at the symptom and comes to a judgment regarding what disease could be causing that symptom. He or she would then request for a test, if necessary, to verify that the diagnosis was accurate.172 Instead if one has a positive test result, then there is the automatic assumption that the “virus” has infected a person. This brings us to the third reason why this whole procedure is almost fraudulent. A really hard problem faces the proponents of the RT-PCR tests. No government institution or research body has shown conclusively that they have isolated the virus. None. Even DOH has admitted that it does not have an isolated virus. 173 Citizens and scientists have made similar FOI requests in other countries, including Canada, Ireland, the US, Netherlands, Brazil, UK, Ukraine, and Australia. Government institutions in these countries have similarly not been able to show proof that they have isolated the virus. Chinese scientists have also admitted that this is the case.174 The government of Alberta, Canada, lifted its lockdowns and related restrictions when, in a court case, its Minister of Health was not able to demonstrate that it had isolated the virus. Therefore, the lockdowns proved untenable.175 For those who want to follow this issue more deeply, they can read the lengthy article of Christine Massey who has collected data from all over the world. Her research has shown that, until today, no country, including the US CDC, has isolated the SARS-CoV-2 virus.176 Worst, the CDC has admitted that it has basically invented SARS-CoV-2 “in silico”. In other words, the virus that almost everyone fears is a digital construct. Let us hear directly from the US CDC on this matter. The CDC of the US explains the depth of the problem: “Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV are currently available, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full-length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer

(RNA copies/μL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen.”177 (Emphasis added. In short, SARS-CoV-2 of CDC is an artificially created virus,178 made from parts of different kinds of genes that do not necessarily belong to the un-isolated SARS-CoV-2. This digital version of the virus became the Certified Reference Material (CRM) or “positive control” of RT-PCR tests used worldwide, including the Philippines. The lack of an isolated and verified virus for COVID-19 creates a massive testing problem. How can a test determine whether one has the virus or not when the virus itself has not been isolated and positively identified? There is no “positive control”, in the language of the DOH, to determine whether a positive result is indicating the presence of the virus or not. A positive test is no guarantee that one is truly infected. And to be truly infected does not mean that one is automatically sick. One’s immune system may be strong enough to neutralize the virus as we saw in Annex E above. This is why CDC gave this disclaimer in its manual on RT-PCR tests. “Detection of viral RNA may not indicate the presence of infectious virus or that 2019-nCoV is the causative agent for clinical symptoms. [Emphasis added.] “The performance of this test has not been established for monitoring treatment of 2019-nCoV infection. [Note: Vaccine trials violate this.] “The performance of this test has not been established for screening of blood or blood products for the presence of 2019-nCoV.”179 This is a huge scandal! Millions have been quarantined as a result false positives coming from defective tests and a virus no one has proved to exist! Yet the practice continues to be used as if it is the gold standard! The Johns Hopkins University & Medicine Coronavirus Resource Center echoes this admission. Here is its version of its disclaimer: “Positivity rates are a measure of testing capacity, and can help gauge whether governments are casting a wide enough net with their testing programs to identify infections that may be occurring. While this metric can provide important context about case totals and trends, it is NOT a measure of how prevalent the virus is in communities. Policy decisions, like openings and closings or interstate travel, should not be determined based on test positivity alone. Considering confirmed new cases, testing rates, and percent

positivity together gives us a fuller picture of COVID-19 in a particular state or region.”180 [Emphasis added.] It is therefore no surprise that the CDC issued a “laboratory alert” on 21 July 2021 to all relevant parties. The CDC alert said that authorizations for existing RT-PCR test kits would be revoked after December 31, 2021. Here is the key reason: “CDC encourages laboratories to consider adoption of a multiplexed method that can facilitate detection and differentiation of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses.”181 (Emphasis added.) This is the gigantic tragic result when a key test for SARS-CoV-2 was built around an “in silico” model and not on an actual isolated SARS-CoV-2. So the claim of DOH that the “PCR test is being used to detect genetic material from the COVID-19 virus”, thereby implying the accuracy of the test, is an absolute lie.182 The test is so inaccurate it cannot even distinguish SARS-CoV-2 from the flu virus. It is highly likely that the DOH-authorized RT-PCR test was picking up mostly flu virus, among others, and then relabeling these fragments as SARS-CoV-2.183 There is a further inherent defect with the RT-PCR tests. It is connected with the Cycle thresholds (Ct) or amplification cycles that are used for the test. The higher the Ct is the more false positives result. A Ct of 25 is ideal, assuming that the “positive controls” are accurate (which it is not). The practice has become so problematic that even the New York Times, a staunch defender of lockdowns and vaccines, has questioned the accuracy of the tests. A Ct of 45 means that practically all the tests are false positives. Even a Ct setting at 40 is problematic. False positives will show up 90% of the time.184 In a federal litigation against the Department of Health and Human Services and others, lawyer Thomas Renz showed evidence that the French government funded a study that showed that, even at 35-cycles, the false positivity rate is as high as 97%.185 The CDC itself recently lowered its Ct value to 28 for the vaccinated but retained the Ct value for the unvaccinated at 40.186

This protocol is obviously fraudulent and is meant to create the impression that the vaccines are working. But that is another story to pursue at another time. Meanwhile, it can only mean the Pandemic of the Vaccinated discussed above (Annex D) is even more massive than its already devastating status.187 A Freedom of Information (FOI) request with DOH and FDA revealed the following information regarding the cycle thresholds (Ct) that are generally used by institutions that have received the FDA certification for their RT-PCR tests.188 See Table 8 for details.

The FDA has approved the use of over 130 RT-PCR test kits. We randomly examined the Cycle threshold (Ct) of over 70 of them. We looked into their manuals that are available online. Some did not specify their Ct value.

The Ct range of the RT-PCR tests in the Philippines hover around 36-40, mostly nearer to 40. Add to this the tests that have a Ct value of 41-45. This means that 73% of the FDA approved RT-PCR tests are predisposing results to yield a vast amount of false positives. We are being suffocated by a pandemic of false tests. Meanwhile forced mass vaccination rollouts continue around the world without any scientific justification. How can one create a vaccine when the whole viral target has not been identified? Not surprisingly, improperly designed vaccines are killing millions and harming hundreds of millions.189

Vaccine Mechanisms of Injury (MOI) That Will Harm or Kill You In its latest report, VAERS says that 16,598 deaths have been reported.192 In Annex B, Figure 4, we saw how most of the deaths are happening within the first fourteen (14) days and drew conclusions relevant to the context of the issue being tackled there. Here is a more detailed breakdown of the latest VAERS data for 01 October 2021 from which we will draw conclusions based on our current topic of Mechanisms of Injury (MOI). See Tables 9 and 10 immediately below.193

From Table 9, we can confirm that, indeed, the vaccines (aka bioweapons) indeed kill the majority of people, 56.02% of them, within the first 14 days. They also lend credence to the two whistleblowers discussed in Annex B above that the bioweapon-vaccines are deadly within the first two to three days. This most recent data also clearly points to the fraud that CDC has committed by changing the definition of the vaccinated. (See Annex B.) First, they removed more than 56% of deaths that can be attributable to vaccination. Second, they place this burden of vaccine death on the unvaccinated by definition. Third, out of these lies, they spin a totally fictitious

story about a “pandemic of the unvaccinated”194 when, in fact, we do have a pandemic of the vaccinated as shown in Annex D above!

In Table 10 above, we can also see that another 9.2% of people die with the first 4 weeks of their injection with the bioweapons. If we add the two figures together, we get a total of 65.22% or almost 2/3 of all deaths from the injection. We have only touched on deaths so far. Remember, from Table 4 in Annex B, the majority of damage to people’s health also occur within the first 14 days. Clearly these bioweapons pretending to be vaccines are deadly. However, while this information is horrible in itself, the injury continues beyond 28 days after injection. More than 1/3 or around 34% of the vaccinated continue to die. We need to know why. These vaccines are not safe and effective. They are bioweapons with at least 40 Mechanisms of Injury (MOI).196 We will not spell out all 40 of these but focus on the most deadly and the most discussed. Please do not gloat and tell others that nothing happened to you and/or that nothing will happen to you. As surely as night follows day, you have a high probability of dying from your killer shot. Please familiarize yourself with these three killer mechanisms, among a number of others: Toxic spike proteins are contained in all vaccines. In one form or another, toxic spike proteins, contrary to claims of doctors promoting the covid vaccines, will spread out over your entire body. Confidential Pfizer studies released through an FOI request, clearly demonstrated that the spike proteins distributed themselves all throughout your body.197 The prestigious Salk Institute warned that these spike proteins are toxic and dangerous to humans. They are suspected of causing all kinds of adverse effects including serious blood clotting and all the diseases arising out of these. They can also cause deaths even without the putative virus.198 Dr. Charles Hoffe of Canada has demonstrated that micro-blood clotting results shortly after taking these vaccines. These can be discovered by a special test, the D-Dimer test. He found out that 62% of his vaccinated patients who took the D-Dimer test had positive results for micro clotting of the blood. These clots can build up through time and will most likely kill persons who have them.199 ADE or Antibody-Dependent Enhancement. ADE plagues all coronavirus vaccines. ADE will slowly but surely kill you within 6 months to 5 years depending on the strength of your

immune system. All previous coronavirus trials, since 2002/2003, severely injured and killed the vast majority of test animals.200 This is the reason why the corrupt US FDA gave an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) to vaccine makers even if all of them either failed to do the requisite animal tests or shortened the required time for animal testing.201 Body as Vaccine Factory. If both ADE and toxic spike proteins do not get you, then the mRNA vaccines of Pfizer and Moderna and the DNA vaccines of AstraZeneca and Johnson and Johnson surely will. All these vaccines will turn your body into an automatic manufacturing plant for toxic spike proteins. In the words of Bill Gates: “… I’m most excited about … the [m]RNA vaccines. …an [m]RNA vaccine gives your body the genetic code needed to produce viral fragments on its own. When the immune sees these fragments, it learns how to attack them. An m[RNA] vaccine essentially turns your body into its own vaccine manufacturing unit.”202 [Emphasis added.] The DNA adenoviral vector vaccines of AstraZeneca and J&J basically do something similar. The desired DNA genetic sequence is delivered by a modified adenovirus, albeit of different kinds.203 Once it enters the nucleus of the cell, the viral vector uses a different enzyme to partially integrate itself with your genome. Once there, a similar process of producing the spike proteins takes place as with the mRNA.204 Unfortunately, Gates did not mention that there is an NO “off switch”. These means your body will continue to produce toxic spike proteins endlessly since they are now part of your genome.205 Since these spike proteins are toxic as discussed, the T-killer cells of your

immune system will start destroying all your cells that produce the spike protein.206 Slowly, surely and painfully those who have these mRNA and DNA “vaccines”207 will die from massive autoimmune diseases, among others.208 The covid vaccines were rushed and a lot of safety test protocols were omitted. Nonetheless the powers that be have deemed it civilized and ethical to turn billions of humans into experimental animals. This totally insensitive and callous decision raises all kinds of red flags for all those who truly respect the safety and dignity of humans. It should be sending us very strong signals to immediately stop the roll out of these bioweapons (aka vaccines). Government authorities are rushing millions to their deaths or serious lifelong injuries all to support an agenda which most, probably, do not even know they have unwittingly become a part of.

Focused Protection with Safe Treatments Makes Lockdowns Unnecessary

Safe treatments, in conjunction with strengthening of our immune system, plus a focus of attention to vulnerable sectors in society, will render the need for lockdowns moot and academic. These include, among others, Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, especially when these are boosted with Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin D3. These have save the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Uttar Pradesh in India is one of the most inspiring examples of the power of early safe treatments to practically prevent 240 million people from getting infected with and suffering from COVID-19. Uttar Pradesh used Ivermectin as the safe treatment in their entire area of responsibility.209 This comes as no surprise since study210 after study211 confirms the safety and effectiveness of Ivermectin in controlling the covid disease. Meta-study after meta-studies continue to confirm the safety and effectiveness of Ivermectin212 in contrast to the dangerous vaccines (aka bioweapons). Thus it is no surprise why medical doctors are calling on all governments to end restrictions to the use of Ivermectin.213 Even governors are calling for the use of Ivermectin.214 Even as judge orders hospital to allow the use of Ivermectin to covid patient215, mainstream media continues to suppress stories regarding the amazing success of Ivermectin.216 After much struggle, a group of doctors and some congressmen and congresswomen finally extract promise from DOH Secretary Francisco Duque III at the June 9, 2021, Congressional Hearings on H.R.1711. Several days later, Sec. Duque fulfilled his promise by issuing an official DOH advisory to this effect.217 There are other safe early treatments for COVID-19. It is equally as famous as Ivermectin in terms of the media coverage it has received since last year. This is hydroxychloroquine or

HCQ.218 The early use of HCQ could have saved many lives and could have controlled COVID-19 without the need for lockdowns and vaccines.219 In more enlightened countries, HCQ has been approved for use by the government to treat COVID-19.220 Scientific trials have also confirmed that Budesonide is another safe and effective treatment for covid patients.221 There are other treatments. But it is clear that we should not fear the delta variant especially since this variant is not as deadly as the original disease222 and there are early treatments available that can stop it.223 One thing is clear from all of these. Safe treatment exists yet they are made illegal or heavily restricted in the Philippines. Lives are needlessly lost. In contrast, deadly bioweapons (aka vaccines) are not only made legal but pushed like an addict would push drugs. Lives are slaughtered and maimed in the process. There is a simple solution to this. Pull the plug on the EUAs of the vaccines (aka bioweapons) because the EUAs are illegal. Much better, safer, and more effective treatments exist.224 EUAs are only possible if there are no other alternative safe and effective treatments available. There is no need for the vaccines.225 And the time to pull out the vaccines is now!

BREAKING NEWS As this letter to cease and desist neared completion, two huge developments surfaced which reinforce the points made in Annexes A, B, and D above. First, the US CDC reported on breakthrough cases, infections despite fully vaccinated. The report stated that the CDC “received reports from 50 U.S. states and territories of 31,895 patients with COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infection who were hospitalized or died.”226 Table 11 copied from the report shows that of the 31,895 patients, a total of 7,178 died, 46% of which were females. The rest, 24,717 were hospitalized. The CDC noted that most deaths came eventually from the hospitalized. So these hospitalized are in serious condition.

The Medical Trend which covered the story reported: “On October 7th, the death toll after vaccination in Taiwan reached 852, while the death toll after the COVID-19 was diagnosed was 844. The number of deaths after vaccination exceeded the number of confirmed deaths for the first time.”227 There are other big breaking news. However, these two huge developments are a clear sign that these vaccines (aka bioweapons) will kill a lot of Filipinos due to how they function and impact the human body. (See Annex M.)
