Odlsha and release of 2nd Instalment for the year 2014-15- thereof.Sir,

I am directed to refer to the letter No.16542/SS0/TD-II-(PTG)S7/2014 dated 16~hJune,2014 from the Government of Odlsha regarding Conservation-cum-Development (CCOPlan) for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) of Odlsha for i2~h Five Year and to

;convey the sanction of the President to the release Grant .•ln ..ald (Generpl) for an amount of

,Rs 1,60,25,000/- (Rupees One Crore Sixty Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) towards 2nd

'Instalment for the year 2014-15 for General activities as per Annexure to the StateGovernment of Odlsha under the Central Sector Scheme of "Development of Particularly

Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs)" for the activities/works proposed' In the, ceD Plan for theyear 2014-15. No U.c. is due for rendition.

2. The grant-in-aid shall be subject to provisions of GFR, 2005.

3. The funds shal,l be released by the State Government of Odisha for onwardtransmission to the implementing agencies within one month of issue of this sanction order.

4. The works/activities shall be taken up in accordance with an implementation schedule

submitted by Department of Tribal & Scheduled Caste Welfare of thftate and submitted tothe Ministry .. \,..5. The non-recurring grant is to be spent within 12 months from the date of sanction of

this grant. The Utilization Certificate for non-recurring and recurring grant will be submitted

by the State Govt. to the Ministry within 12 months from the date of sanction of this grant.

6. The State Government shall ensure that there is no unspent balance out of this grant

left with them at the end of current financial year. The Unspent balance, if any, will be

surrendered to the Ministryof Tribal Affairs.

7. The financial assistance as provided under the scheme has been approved by Ministry

of finance. It shall he iJtilized for the' purpose it has been sanctioned and for the welfare ofmembers of PTGs only ..

8. The financial assistance given to ITDPs/ITDAs and TRls should be deemed to have been

given to the State Government concerned and rules and regulation governing the grants-in­

aid to States/UTs shall apply to the~,
