Remembering a happy memoryreleases the same chemicals aswhen we first had the happyexperience. It can help usovercome negative feelings likesadness or insecurity. Happymemories can help get ourbrains ready for newchallenges.Think of your own memory of ahappy experience.Remembering the happymemory will be like making amini movie in your mind. Closeyour eyes or look into yourhands while thinking. Cues: seethe people involved, notice thethings that make you happy, how does your body feel?Reflection: Illustrate whatmakes you happy on theworksheet. If possible use the Smiling mindapp: Thank you meditationhttps://app.smilingmind.com.au/programs/54/
