To enroll in Astra Schedule Managers Training on Blackboard

1. From the KCTCS home page, click on “Faculty and Staff”.

2. At the bottom of the page, click “Log in to Blackboard”.

3. Login using your KCTCS user ID (i.e. jdoe0001) and password.

4. Click on the “ecommunity” tab at the top of the page.

5. Under “Organization catalog”, choose “Browse organization catalog”.

6. Type in “Astra Schedule”.

7. One of the search results will be this one:

utilize Astra

8. Click on the double arrows to the far left of the course ID number under “Organization ID”.

9. Choose “Enroll”.

10. Choose “Submit”.

11. Choose “OK” to continue to the course, or you can click on the “ecommunity” tab again to

navigate there yourself then or later on.

12. “Astra Schedule Managers Training” should now appear under “My Organizations” on your

Blackboard home page. Click on that link to enter the course at any time.
