I have fast food for lunch, but I don’t do it very often. I feel bad when I eat unhealthily. I’m addicted to hot chocolate and I feel guilty when I eat it. I never skip breakfast/I have a good/big breakfast. I just have something light at home. I do exercise regularly. I have a proper meal with my family.
