during the planned year (slated to be removed from Ohio Revised Code in budget correction bill for SFY 2013)

Forensic Monitor/Community Linkage Board Membership Provider & Evidence Based Practice Portfolios

ODADAS Waivers to be included in Agreement and Assurances. The other items will come to Boards under separate cover with due dates listed in the Allocation Guidelines’ reporting schedule
