Type in the information received in the parent letter which was mailed out at the beginning of the school year. Logins do NOT change from year to year.

If you do not remember your login information, select the Forgot your Login/Password option. This will send a reset email to the email address we have on file.

Login information for new parents will be issued before the start of the school year.

Contact the campus registrar for any login issues.

Translation: If you need translation, select the dropdown button.

Student Selection:To see information only on 1 student, select the dropdown.

Messages that teachers post will show on this screen. You can also post a message to the teacher by typing in the Post a message box. Click in the To box and a list of teachers your students are scheduled for will show for you to select. You can select more than 1 teacher.

You can reply to a message by selecting the Reply option. A text box will appear for you to type in.

Under the My Account tab you can verify your address information, update your email and change your password. You can also select to receive email notifications on attendance and grades.

Student NameCalendar ScreenParents will see their student’s name & options on the left. Click on a link for more details to be seen, such as campus and grades by assignment on the calendar.

Assignments posted on the assigned date, will show highlighted in Green. Holidays and grading periods will show in Blue.

Here you can view the current grade in the teacher’s gradebook.To expand the details of the assignments, click on the actual grade.

This is the expanded view of the assignments that make up the average shown on the gradebook screen. If assignments are missing, not counted, or the student was marked absent it will be marked in the respective column.

Missing Assignments will show in this box.

Parents can verify their student’s attendance and can view if the absence is excused or not. If you select View Classes, you will see the class titles they were marked absent in.

To view the current student information including contact information and emergency contacts, select the Student Info link.

The parents can verify all the information listed and if it is incorrect select the Request Changes for option.

Personal student information, health information, emergency contact information and more can be changed here.

To view the current student bus schedule select the View Bus Schedule tab on the Student Information menu. It will provide the bus number that the student is scheduled to be on.

This is how the student’s bus schedule will show.

Select Schedule to see your student’s daily schedule by Terms (six weeks).

Select Show Scores to see previous years’ STAAR results.

The activities section will show any activities that your student is enrolled in. These are groups that teachers set up to track grades if they are not a teacher of record for your student. Examples of use would be UIL coaches, Student Council or any other sponsored group.

Academic History will show your student’s grades from previous school years.

Report cards from previous school years will show on this screen. You will need a PDF viewer, such as adobe acrobat, to view the file.

Skylert will allow you to select which phone numbers you would like to receive call outs on. You select the phone number and the type of notification to it.

Click Save to save changes

For SMS/Text notifications make sure to include your mobile number and select Cell as the field.

Your student’s immunization record will show on this screen.

Login History will show the dates and times you access your student’s skyward account.
