We handle all of that for you and will provide you with a list of all those who will receive paper and who will receive their statement via eBill-Online. 3. A PDF image of the statement that looks just like the ones that were mailed is available to your customer immediately after they register. There is no waiting for the next bill cycle and no need for you to print a copy or scan bills one-by-one for uploading to a website. 4. If the name and address between two or more statements are identical and would mail in a single envelope, the same will be true for the ebill. When your customer signs up for one, they sign up for all – AT THE SAME TIME – without having to sign on for each one individually. article continued on page 2... www.themasterstouch.com

You told us you wanted it. You told us how to design it. It is now available for your use. eBill-Online is here and powered by the patent pending technology of The Master’s Touch, LLC.

Recently, we were coordinating a solution with another vendor. No worries - we continue to do so. However, many of our customers spoke with us about their concerns for how this relationship was working and discussed enhancements that you were hoping to enjoy and at a much more economical price. We have incorporated your ideas into our solution and named it “eBill-Online.”

What are the enhancements and why eBill-Online?

1. The first and greatest enhancement is instant and automatic authentication. Due to a patent pending technology, The Master’s Touch, LLC is able to authenticate the identity of the person signing up for eBill-Online with the highest degree of certainty and without any waiting period or requirement for you, the provider, to waste your time authenticating.

2. The entire website is under the control of The Master’s Touch, LLC. No need for you to worry about recording or retaining e-mails or keeping track of who signs up for a paperless statement.

5. The payment provider is whomever you currently use. If you do not have a payment provider, we can help you get one set up. The existing agreements you have with your current pay providers remain in effect, and we simply point your customers to that web site for payment.

6. There is no charge for any PDF statements if you are using eBill-Online. Since we will generate them by default for your eBill-Online account, we see no reason to charge you for those images twice. If you do not use eBill-Online, there will continue to be a per PDF charge for them.

7. We control the entire process, which is why our pricing is the best in the industry, less than half of what you would pay with any other provider.

For many of you, we have been your print and mail service provider for several years. We have been in business since 1994. We are debt-free and financially stable. Mail is not going away in the near future. Over 80% of consumers still prefer to get their bills via the highly trusted U.S. Postal Service. The Master’s Touch, LLC will continue to serve your print and mail needs and is in the best position to provide for your paperless needs, as well.

If interested, we would love to give you a demo of how our solution works so you can see for yourself how simple and cost effective eBill-Online is and why we believe it will be the solution most often requested. Give us a call to schedule an online demo or send us an e-mail.

Please call 1-800-301-1347 and ask for Charlie or send an e-mail to [email protected].

I hope you had a great Christmas. Wishing you a very prosperous 2013! Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in our service.

An exciting new service the USPS is offering is called OneCode Confirm. (Well, it isn’t totally new, but it has only recently become more widely used.) Utilizing the new Intelligent Mail Barcode, OneCode Confirm service can track your mail submitted as part of a bulk mailing, regardless of mail class – so non-profit and Standard A mailers can track mail too!

When mail is entered at the bulk mail facility, the USPS scans the Intelligent Mail Barcode, which contains a unique mail piece ID number. When the piece reaches the carrier level, it is scanned again for a final delivery scan. That scan captures the date the mail piece is delivered, giving you a means of delivery verification on a mass scale.

If you wish to use this service, we can help. Let us know, and we will be happy to get you further details. Contact [email protected] or 1-800-301-1347.

Hello, my name is Kendal, and I work in mail service here at TMT. I joined the team here in 2005 not even out of high school yet at 17 years old. This being my very first job, I started out emptying the garbage cans and sweeping the floors. Slowly but surely I began to learn how to run the folder, the sealer, the cutter, and toughest of all - the inserter. I have been gifted with both the desire and ability to make equipment run.

Like nearly every other one of my teammates, I wear several hats. However, my main responsibility here is to keep the equipment running. The service technicians who know how to repair these machines are not local. Bringing them in from their headquarters is expensive and, even more important, costs us time. WHEN they break (not IF they break) we want to be sure to get them repaired and back up and running so we can insure your mail goes out on time. With the volume of mail that we do on a regular basis, it’s to be expected that parts routinely wear out and need replacement. For these reasons, it made sense for us to stock these wearing parts and have an

on-site technician who could make the repairs quickly and accurately. I was chosen to be one of those guys. Now it is rare that any machine is down for more than just a few hours, whereas before, it could be 2 - 3 days. Fortunately, we also have backup equipment, so that when any one machine breaks down, we can still get your mail completed and out on time.

In addition, I have been certified by the USPS as a Mail Design Professional. This allows me to help insure your mail is prepared according to USPS regulations to obtain those important postage discounts.

My hobbies change with the seasons. In the spring and summer, I try not to leave the lake unless it’s to jump out of an airplane somewhere.

During the colder months here in the northwest I love to snowboard, hunt, and get the heck out of town to warm up.

Thank you for the employment opportunity! I know that you are the one writing my payroll check and I promise to always work hard to earn it!

KENDAL

KENDAL - MAIL SERVICE

Dear Jim,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff at The Master’s Touch, LLC for your help with the printing and mailing of our Wayne County, IN tax statements this year. I am remiss in not getting this letter sent to you earlier this year and for that I do apologize.

Your processes saved our taxpayers lots of hard earned money and we greatly appreciate it. I know we were “stepping outside the box” so to speak by using a company on the west coast of the United States, but we believed you could do the job and do it very timely and you did with great success. You and your staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful and quick to answer any question that came up. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Again, thanks to you and your entire staff on a job “well done.” We will be calling you again next year for our 2012 pay 2013 tax statements.
