We can select from a different Cut off Types :

- Monthly (last day of each month)- Weekly (each specified day of the Week)- Daily ( All Calendar Days)- Every selected Day of each month- Every selected «last day of the week» (i.e.

Last Sunday) of each month

If you are a Consortium Leader and you need to consolidate Actual Progress of a Partner

(externally calculated) in the Overall Client Project Progress you can import Custom Actual

Progress in Excel format at the Lowest Level of your defined Weighting Structure

Planned Values are exported from TMS as a reference15

We can define unlimited number of UDP’s to be associated to each C3 Item.UDP are common to all C3 Items but we can define specific UDP to be applied only to a specific Work ClassWe can define the format for each UDP (Number, Date, Text)UDP can be exported from one project and imported in another project

Page 20: TMS (Technical Monitoring System)

You can compose the hierarchy, you can apply filters, you can select the columns, the columns order and the sort.Layout Specs are saved and you can export specs from one project and import them in another project

22

You can create and save unlimited Distribution Profiles

You can globally apply the selected Profile to all Activities of a specific Main WS Node and to a specific Spread Type

Optionally, you can apply the selected profile only to Activities with duration more than «x» days

When you change the Percent Value the Chart is changing accordingly

From the C3 Module we can export two separated preformatted excel files ready to be imported as it is in Oracle P6 or MS Project with Actual Data for Schedule Updating

Page 24: TMS (Technical Monitoring System)

24

If «C3 Module only» is flagged not all icons are active but still we have a facility to Store Actuals at each Cut off and export Actuals for updating the Scheduling System

In a few minutes and in a 4 steps we are ready to start to collect progress:1) Create a Main WS2) Create a Cut off Calendar & Timescales3) Import Basic Data from Excel4) Autogenerate a Work Class Structure

TMS can be used also as

«Progress Data

Collector» without any

Schedule Link

Basic Data imported from Excel or manually inputted

«Excel Like» Commands available

Page 26: TMS (Technical Monitoring System)

26

Just Activate the «Chart Renderer» Command and click on a specific Main WS Level and the Pie chart will appear

A Tab with «Data» is also available in the Chart

Page 27: TMS (Technical Monitoring System)

27

Just Activate the «Chart Renderer» Command and click on a specific Progress View Level and the Progress Curves will appear

Available in all Progress Views combinations (Alternative Views)

Page 28: TMS (Technical Monitoring System)

28

We can edit for each Main WS Lowest level the Cumulated Stored Progress at each cut off, and, consequently, Weighting Factors and Units (Period & Cumulated) will be automatically recalculated

Page 29: TMS (Technical Monitoring System)

29

We can edit for each Schedule Activity the Cumulated Stored Progress % at each cut off, and, consequently, Weighting Factors and Units (Period & Cumulated) will be automatically recalculated

Option to recalculate the progress at Main WS Lowest level

Backup includes TMS Project Files and All the Excel Working files (Qualification Templates and Export Files from Primavera P6 or MS Project)

When you restore a Project you can also restore «All» or «Selected Working Files» in the same Original Pathname or in another selected Pathname.Folders are automatically created if not existing
