LATHER Spa at THE MODERN HONOLULU is located on Level 2 next to the fitness center.

HOURS OF OPERATION

LOCATION

Monday – Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday - Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. subject to availability. Please call the Spa for further information regarding after-hours services.

FACILITYAs a guest at LATHER Spa, you have full access to the spa’s locker rooms, amenities, and

showers as well as the Fitness Center and 21+ Sunset Beach Pool. Availability of the pool may be restricted based on any scheduled private functions.

PARKINGWe provide four hours validation for valet parking at the hotel.

APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONSTo ensure availability of desired time, treatment, and therapist, we strongly encourage scheduling at least 48 hours in advance. All reservations are subject to availability and are secured with a major credit card.

Walk-in appointments are welcome and we will take every measure to accommodate your requests.

ADDITIONAL CHARGESThere will be a 20% gratuity added to all services unless directed otherwise. All charges are subject to

Hawaii state tax.

CANCELLATION POLICYOur therapists and services are arranged specifically for your treatment. Should you need to change

your appointment, please note that no-shows and treatments canceled less than

CHECK-IN

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment in order to register and prepare for your treatment. Late arrivals are not guaranteed an extension of time in order to deliver the full service of the original

booking and will still be charged in full.

WARDROBE AND BELONGINGSNo specific attire is needed so you may wear what you wish upon your arrival. Robes are provided in the locker rooms for your comfort. The LATHER Spa at THE MODERN HONOLULU is not responsible for the loss

or damage of any personal belongings.
