InterviewAir (IA) is a company founded in Sept 2015 by alumni of IITs, IIMs

and other enthusiastic yet experienced young entrepreneurs. The

company is incorporated in Mumbai- India, and governed by Indian laws.

Looking at the needs of the Companies, Colleges and Students, IA

decided to break from the shackles of traditional and orthodox learning

and recruitment processes, by harnessing the power of VIDEO

PROFILING technology and INTERNET. The result was a unique and

cutting–edge solution, to address the pre – interview preparations and

actual first round HR questions. IA is proud to offer a seamlessly joined

The Background

Many or rather most colleges have challenges in preparing students for their final

frontier – THE JOB INTERVIEW along with attracting Companies to the campus.

Common challenges faced are:

Companies facing challenges while commuting to the Campus.

Companies not able to reach to all the colleges as Campus Recruitment window is narrow.

Companies are always in search of fresh talent.

Companies not sure about the Talent Pool in the Campus, putting pressure on HR staff.

Students not knowing how to handle the Personal Interview.

No proper feedback provided by the HR team (interviewer), making it difficult to rectify the mistakes for future interviews.

Not being able to benchmark and compare the improvement in the student, based on data.

Being a time consuming effort with a lot of involvement from hard-pressed faculty, who need to concentrate on academic performance.

Multiple rejections in interviews causing dejection and loss of confidence.

To overcome these and other similar problems, Colleges need an effective

and proven system, which can be quickly implemented.

The Learning platform takes advantage of Internet and Video Profile technology to

offer unique values to the College and Students. The InterviewAir solution offers

multiple opportunities to learn and assimilate, with a quick feedback system,

for further progress and improvement, before the profiles can be shared with the

Companies.

InterviewAir will be providing an in-house Training and Development for all the

participating students, making them “Placement” ready. The Training is designed

to make sure that the average CTC package, offered each year by the corporates,

increases drastically and more students get placed with bigger and better

companies. The Training is designed to run for 6 months during the academic year

with 3 ½ days session each month. A continuous monitoring will take place and

records will be maintained for performance ratings and improvements.

InterviewAir, requires the student to video record 4 General HR Questions,

selected at random from the huge database of 750+ questions (with more being

added every month). These are questions that are typically asked and have been

listed by our team of experts, who have long and varied experience in taking

interviews. Thus, InterviewAir system simulates the real life case, where the

student will not get too much time to think of an answer. Each student,

therefore gets an exposure to a wide variety of questions for a holistic and well-

rounded growth and development.

A complete handholding support will be provided by IA team to the TNPs of all the respective Colleges

IA will be assisting the college(s) for the Campus Placement activity and will try organizing companies visit as per the candidate/student potential (ONLINE ONLY). We do not guarantee any jobs but will facilitate the process

Any Interpersonal Skill Training will be charged separately. The minimum batch size needs to be 60 for the training to be conducted.

Interview Air will be happy to provide an external dedicated resource for Rs15,000 per month (only for a month) to assist Training and Placement officers of all the colleges to understand Interview Air platform.

Awards to the best Interviews will be provided by InterviewAir with a cash prize of Rs 7000, Rs 5000 and Rs 3000 (per college)

The overall best Interview among 300 colleges will be awarded Rs 50,000 & Rs 30,000 & Rs 20,000 (all cash prize).
