Chef Kenny Tang, expert in preparing delicate masterpieces, has over three decades of culinary experience. He began his career at the age of 18, under the tutelage of one of South China’s most distinguished chefs. Chef Kenny Tang simultaneously served as the Founder and Executive Chef of the Jumbo Restaurant of North Miami Beach, Beijing Restaurant of Pembroke Pines, Dimsum Village of Coral Springs and the Dimsum Village of Tampa, all of which individually accommodated up to 400 patrons. Throughout his career, Chef Kenny Tang has received honorable recognitions, rewards and accolades through media and press releases.
Chef Kenny Tang, as Founder and Executive Chef of TK Oriental Fine Foods, devised an innovative concept called “FantAsian Live Station” and working alongside an elite team of Executive Chefs, successfully provides catering ser-
vices to prestigious hotels throughout South Florida including the Breakers, Ritz Carlton, Boca Raton Resort, Mandarin Oriental and the Four Seasons Hotel.
Chef Kenny Tang, one of the most distinguished chefs in South Florida has had the honor of catering his exquisitely designed, hand-made Dimsum creations to President George W. Bush and currently to President Barack Obama during his stays in South Florida.
With over 30 years of experience, Chef Kenny Tang’s skill and continued reinvention of Oriental Cuisine, demonstrated through his exquisitely prepared culinary works of art, has proven that his passion meets perfection.

DROP OFF – Additional Charges
DELIVERY AND SET-UP CHARGES Our professional staff members will arrive promptly to deliver and set-up your catering order. The delivery and set-up fee for orders delivered within a 10 mile radius is $20.00. Fees vary, depending on the event location and size of order.
FANTASIAN LIVE STATION – Additional Charges
LABOR AND SERVICE CHARGES Our professional staff is available for your event. Rates referenced herein are based on 3 (Three) hour time frames. A Managing attendee is required to attend at parties of 200 or more. The service fee for a Managing Attendant is $150.00. Two attendants are required per station. The service fee for two attendants is $150.00 per station. Staff will arrive on site at least one hour prior to guest arrival for set-up. Minimum set-up fee per station is $75.00. Fees vary, depending on the number of quests and the level of service required. Additional staff may be required and will be jointly determined during consultations. DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES A non-refundable 20% deposit of total cost is required to reserve our services. TK Oriental Fine Foods requires a guest count confirmation no later than ten days prior to event. Upon receipt of confirmation, guest count may not be reduced. Full payment is due three days prior to event.
