Walk in interview at 3 PM on 30th Dee 2015 to engage skilled & unskilled manpower on Daily Wage basisat the office of the IGNOU Regional Centre Jaipur .

A. COMPUTER OPERATOR

Essential Qualifications1. BCA/Graduation with PGDCA/B.Sc in Computer ScienceIIT/Engg. or BBA in IT from a recognized

university/O Level DOEACC after Graduation from a recognized University2. Working knowledge of office Assistant tools like MS OFFICE or OPEN OFFICE

Desirable qualification1. Post Graduation in relevant field as mentioned above2. Work Experience in related field like data base management & Inventory mechanism in any of the reputed

educational institution.3. Experience in ODL System and Good Communication Skills will be preferred

Candidate with higher qualifications and work experience in relevant field shall be given preference.

B. ASSISTANT

Essential Qualifications1. A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University2. One year Diploma in Computer3. 3 Years Experience in clerical grade

Desirable qualification/Experience1. Post Graduation in relevant field as mentioned above2. Work Experience in related field noting, drafting, filing, data base management & Inventory mechanism in

any of the reputed educational institution.3. Experience in ODL System and Good Communication Skills will be preferred

C. Jr Assistant cum Typist (JAT)

Essential QualificationsI. 10+2 or its equivalent2. A typing Speed of 40 w.p.m in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer

Desirable qualification/Experience1. Graduation or higher qualification2. Work Experience in related field noting, drafting, filing, data base management & Inventory mechanism in

any of the reputed educational institution.3. Experience in ODL System and Good Communication Skills will be preferred

D. MTS / HELPER

Essential QualificationsI. io" Pass or ITI equivalent

Desirable qualification/Experience "2. Office Work Experience/Experience in Distribution of Materials in reputed institution.3. Experience in ODL System and Good Communication Skills will be preferred

- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The number of candidates to be engaged shall be determined in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the

university and depending upon the requirement at the office of the Regional Centre Jaipur.

2. Regional Centre Jaipur reserve its right not to engage any of the manpower against any of the vacant post.

3. The applicants are also required to submit a copy of filled forms available in the office with self-attested copies of

required documents in support of qualifications and experience.

4. In case the information/documents are found to be false/ incorrect by way of omission or commission, the

responsibility and liability shall lie solely with the candidate.

5. Engagement is for a limited time depending on the quantum of work available at the office and can be terminated!

discontinued at any point of time without assigning any reason(s).

6. The Regional Centre reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidates.

7. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Regional Centre

shall be final.

8. No TAIDA shall be paid by the Regional Centre for attending the interview. Candidates attending interview shall

do so at their own expenses.
