Whereas, Sri. P. Rajasekar, S/o. Pitchai, Residing at: No.19, Subramaniapuram 7' Street, South Extension, Karaikudi — 630 002, had offered the immovable property more fully described in the schedule hereunder as security for the above said loan. As the aforesaid borrowers failed to remit the demand amount within the stipulated 60 days, the Authorised Officer has taken possession of the property on 23.05.2019 under section 13(4) of the aforesaid Act.
