When specified within the SUBMITTALS section of the scope of work, the Contractor shall provide a submittal to the Government for review and approval with their cost proposal. If there are no submittal requirements identified within the scope of work, this requirement shall be considered not applicable. Detailed requirements and specifications – The contractor shall take his own field measurements in determining required materials and costs for the following: NOTES: 1. Contractor may ONLY use the Camp Lejeune Sanitary Landfill for the disposal of asbestos materials, building product with tightly adhered lead containing paint, non- contaminated clean dirt and clean gravel. The hours of operations are 0730-1530 Monday-Thursday and 0730-1430 on Friday. Delivery of acceptable materials (identified above) shall be by appointment only. Appointment made by phone at 1- 910-451-5011 or 1-910-451-2946. 2. All other contractor generated material shall be weighted through the Base Landfill scales before being removed from the Base. Contractor utilizing the base scale will require Contracting Officer assisted per-registration with the Landfill manager. 3. The Contracting officer will register the contract via E-mail, with the Base Landfill. All haul vehicles will maintain a secure vehicle placard as a condition to utilize the scale. E-mail the contractor information to the Landfill Clerk, including the name on the Prime Contractor, contract number, job name/ description, completion date and whether or not any of the above materials will be delivered to the Landfill.

Construction: 1. Contractor shall complete an inspection, function operation of

VingGard 4.5V Mag ANSI locking device before removal of said device. VingGard fails functioning operation check, contractor shall report to Engineering Tech. Base locksmith shall be call for repairs of said lock.

2. Contractor shall install new peephole with eye viewer, hinges and screws with newly install wood door with mortis cut out. Contractor shall match stain and finish to newly installed wood doors, door shall be installed as to not hit jambs or bind in frames Contractor shall remove operational lock and install mortise Lk wrap around plate to all 101 barrack room doors and one duty hut on first deck, per building BB274 & BB275.

a. Contractor to install, mortis Lk wrap around plate for 1 ¾” inch door thickness.

b. Contractor may have to trim wood door for proper fix of door wrap around plate.

c. Contractor to insure the proper door warp installation, clear of hitting jamb or striker.

d. Install of mortis lock and mortis door wrap, contractor shall repair, patch any damaged door, or door veneer do to the install of door wraps.

e. Contractor to perform a door function check for all newly installed door wrap around.

f. Contractor’s responsibility for proper function of wood door, with completed install
