• Pride is the source of all evil. It is what prompted Satan to rebel against God and deceive his angels and men to follow him.
APPLICATION:
• Evil has a force behind it in the spiritual realm. It is not simply a matter of self esteem or gaining information. We cannot educate people out of doing evil.
APPLICATION:
• Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. We must learn to resist temptation and pursue virtue in spite of the intellectual and emotional forces that move us otherwise.
